I am a doordash, this has never happened to me in my life. I have been an assistant manager, I have even been a cashier at Jack in the box, I have been a waitress and I have never come across such horrible customer service, the person who served me seemed to be the manager. From the place I asked him for a glass of ice with tremendous reluctance and tremendous bad form, he gave it to me. Then my food was not ready. I went to my car and when I returned there was a bag on the counter. I asked him if it was mine and he told me that's why. I worked for him to check the paper, this person should not be my manager or work in customer service, a shame and a disgusting person.

I usually go to this location when I am in town. But this time they really dropped the ball on my breakfast sandwich and they put 1 piece of bacon on it and it was cold. The hashbrown was not cooked all the way either. My friend ordered bacon on her breakfast sandwich and there was 1 piece of on hers also.

The food was ok but the lady who was there on 2/10/24 on night shift around 2 am was extremely rude. We came up from Florida and had never been to a Jack in the Box and she was not very tourist friendly and didn't explain things well. We had to literally say" we are from Florida and we have never been here". It should not have been a problem as we were the only car there.I TOTALLY understand the reviews. Being this close to the airport you would think that the people would be a little nicer. I do not recommend coming here at all. Maybe the staff could have a MANDATORY customer service refresher in the future because the is what is killing the google ratings. According to the majority of the review responses the manager is fully aware of his rude staff and doesn't seem to be making any changes. I don't think anything will change.

today 02/08/24 7:25 pm I stopped to get four chicken sandwich, one large curly fries and one large regular fries. The lady at the register charge me $22.21. She didn’t give me no receipt after I asked for the receipt I saw the charges four small fries told her I get the same order from a different Jack-in-the-Box. It’s normally 18 $ , she was saying yeah because you got the curly fries then I see the receipt she charged me four times for the fries she was refusing to read the order. She just gave me two dollars back in cash. I don’t want to make it a big deal to who maybe concern , please talk to her .

Parking it's public lady manager. Bad face, poorly groomed and dressed well to give a good image....she wanted to get me out of the public parking lot and have me go and park somewhere else. .. I am consuming to give you something to eat. Respect customers..

The intercom in the drive thru didn't work and so we pulled up to the window and the guy was just standing there with a "deer caught in headlights look" that kinda confused me.We told him the intercom wasn't working so we told him what we wanted.They supposedly didn't have any jalapeno poppers because he physically left me at the window talking to myself to go check.It was just an all weird experience and not going back!
