Feels like an old diner from back in the day but it is far from old or stale. Great food and service.

Great location, fantastic friendly, personable service. Owner is wonderful and the staff too. Been going there for years and you'll see many regulars there every time. Pies are awesome and I really don't even like sweets, so that is saying something!

Home cooked food for normal families. Nothing fancy yet a relaxing atmosphere. On Saturday you see families enjoying each other. During the week there are more friends getting together.

Just visiting Dallas and stopped here in Irving. The food was great, we ordered the Big Bird and we received the food so quickly! The waiter and the manager were so attentive to our needs and checked on us quite frequently. The manager was bussing tables as well. So it shows they’re very responsive and aware. I highly recommend this place for breakfast. The pancakes are huge and the food is very good.

A place to go back in time. Very nostalgic. The food is old traditional southern comfort food. Cannot get any more homemade.

Great little staple for breakfast / brunch. You will find coffee pots full and a staff focused on making sure your cup stays full as well. Home cooking feel and the portions are just right.

I have had bad luck with their sirloin before, couldn't chew it so I thought I would try their New York Strip. Could not even cut it with a knife. I returned it. The manager gave me bad attitude stating the same as she did before that other people don't have a problem with their steaks and I should stop ordering it if I did not like it. Who says things like that. Also I replaced it with the chicken and it was rubbery and dry. I still left a good tip for the waitress. It wasn't her fault they serve bad food.
