Today I was craving a crispy KFC chicken, I went and ordered the four-piece one, the young woman served me quickly and kindly, I took the package I bought but the pieces were not crispy and some pieces needed a little more cooking... please review temperature and cooking time, as well as quality.

My experience was horrible. The breading was still raw. And my chicken was dry like if it was left over. I will differently not come back to this location again. This business does take pride on making sure their food is up to par. I'm sure this location lacks in management and training their employees correctly. I can advise the public please check your food before leaving.
I love me some KFC but I'll never go to this location again...place an order, but they gave me the wrong order... which is ok because everyone makes mistakes, but when I showed them what they gave me instead of them giving me what I ordered...they reply was that's all we have so you need to take it. I'm like no give a refund.. so they asked for the food back which I had opened and touched...then they put the food back up for sale.Cross contamination at its finest

It was just a dirty mob that was in the lobby at the ending of the day.The smell was so terrible that me and my family could not sit and enjoy our food. It's a shame because I spent $50 which I felt like it was overpriced. I couldn't even sit in the lobby and enjoy my meal.Customer service was good and the food was fresh.
