Got the menudo and it was the worst I've ever eaten (couldnt finish it). Even the tacos were low quality. The place looked more like a toy store than a restaurant. Don't waste your money here.

That place was good before today I spent crying some tamales I don't live in Irving but I liked the tamales there, when I got home I found this the dough was black, the potato maybe the dough has no flavor, and the dough felt morroño Horribly, I called them and told them that I couldn't eat those tamales because they are ugly, they are already too old and that they should give me the money back. I always order Uber from here and every time something is missing or they give me the wrong order. I have ordered quesadillas, they never arrive. One time I ordered 8 pupusas and they gave me a plate full of chicharrones and none of my pupusas.And something is always missing. ??

Excellent and authentic Salvadorian food. The portions are above average, so I have food for tomorrow as well. I ordered the fried yucca with fried pork chunk, definitely not diet food. I also got two pupusas and one order of fried sweet plantains. The wife got the steak with onions. Lots of food. My plate was awesome, the pupusas were well done and tasty. The steak with onions is served in a tomato sauce so is not just onions. She (we) loved her plate. Plenty of parking and they also sell traditional Salvadorian breads and sweets. I highly recommend La Perla!!
