Worst little Caesar’s ever. Told me the hot n ready would take 2 minutes it took 15. And when she brought it out acted like I didn’t order anything else and proceeded to look at the receipt like I was lying and still needed to be explained to what I needed.The girls that work here don’t speak English and even when you speak Spanish with them they still don’t do a good job.

Accidentally ordered on the app at the wrong store. When I tried calling to either transfer the order or cancel, my call transfered to two different call center reps who were not at the location and could not help me with my issue.

Ordered the pepperoni crazy puffs and never received the pepperoni, this is the second time. I went in yesterday and the customer service rep had to ask the manager can she take orders it was 10 people waiting plus we were waiting for 20 mins to get our order taken or to pickup our online order. The manager is rude and was only worried about the online order no acknowledge any of us for 20 mins

I ordered delivery thru the app and my food was cold and i was missing my pepsi and crazy sauce...this is not the first time this happened and everytime i try to call no one answers the phone...when an order is picked up it is your responsibility to make sure the delivery driver has all the items...it is not my job to have to come in and resolve the issue...if i had time to come in then i would ordered carryout...i pay additional fees for delivery so better care needs to be taken... and if you dont have certain items you should credit the customer back at that time not make us chase you down....who ever is managing this store needs to do a better job ensuring orders are correct and make sure they are serving their customers the way they should

Its horrible. It kind of tasted bitter if you were chewing a pill. There was atleast 7 rats and roaches. The cashier got mad at me for sitting down in a chair which I didn’t like at all. I was there for like 45 minutes will only 3 people before me. Cashier was quiet as was rude probably wanting to go home. Manager was mad because I didn’t know how to use this “pizza portal” because it was my first time at little Caesar’s that had a portal. I do not recommend and won’t be coming back
