I came here pretty frequently and the service has gone downhill. Use to be able to get exactly what you ordered and it was awesome!Now when ordering, it’s 50/50 if the food is even warm or even what you asked for. I really don’t understand why it’s difficult to follow instructions.

I live in Grand Prairie.We have several McDonald's there, one I got food poisoning from this past December ?, but I like coming to this one in Irving because it's very clean, the food is hot & fresh when I receive it and the employees are extremely nice and courteous, which says a lot about the GP locations ?I have also found this Irving location to be cheaper in price for some reason ?♀️Thank you Irving McDonald's for making my visits pleasant ? You will see me again because you all rock! ?

And these guys aren't super stingy about you sitting around with just a drink using the internet they're really pretty tolerant. However that doesn't make their food or beverages any better than they have been lately and what kind of service does McDonald's really have.
