Had them repeat the order, and they still got it wrong. Then, they wanted check the receipt multiple times. Then, I was told to go back through the drive-thru. They took old sandwich back and looked it gave it back still did not fix it.My son decided to go inside they had forgotten to add his hash brown and eggs on his sandwich. They took old sandwich back looked it gave it back still did not fix it. Then they finally gave him egg in a separate box and charged 2plus for the egg and smoothie they forgotten about.

They will rip u off, I brought a sausage mc muffin. And was charged 4.99. Remind u I eat at mc Donald’s every morning. So when I went to this location I notice my ticket was different. I looked and I saw 4.99 for the Sandwich. The sausage, egg, cheese, mc muffin is 4.99 and that’s what’s was on my receipt. She just took off the eggs and cheese. Which wasn’t right. I went and told that lady inside she said I was wrong but I looked at the menu and my mobile app and it was 2.99. I just asked for my money back cause I’m it crazy! I kno what I pay every morning. So watch your receipt cause they will try to get down!

Rude rude rude and racist unless it's their own kind. Not to mention all they hire are hispanics and it shows very well. Not all are rude but it's some women up there that are very rude to people and then talk trash in Spanish as if you don't know what they saying. This should not be aloud. Where is the equality? And whoever franchises this location shame on you for even allowing that. Speaks volumes on that person as well. I do not condone to racism. If you can talk sweet in Spanish then billingual your A to talk nicely in English to people. Ain't no excuse. Treat people the way you want to be treated especially when dealing with food that they paying for NOT YOU.No more needed to be said.

If I could give -4 thousand stars I would give them, it's the second time I'm going to this Mac Donald and the employees are disastrous !!! They treated me horrible! There is a short guy with glasses who is taking the orders at the window who literally looked at me like crazy because after ordering some fries he wanted to add a hamburger and he told me no because I had already passed my card, I told him to pass it again what is the problem? And he stared at me like a madman! I was very scared and what I did was ask him for my card 4 times last time I had to yell at him! Be careful with your cards, guys! One with this!If I could give -4 thousand stars I would, it is the second time I go to this Mac Donald and the employees are terrible!!! They treated me horrible! There is a short guy with glasses who is taking orders at the window who literally looked at me like crazy because after ordering some fries he wanted to add a hamburger and he said no because he had already swiped my card, I told him pass it again which one is it? the problem ? And he kept staring at me like a crazy person! It scared me a lot and what I did was ask for my card 4 times, the last time I had to yell at him! Be careful with your cards guys! Well most of my visits, over the last year were fine. However the last couple times I've been there one of the Hispanic ladies that works in the morning time tells me that I cannot change my phone, and I can't stay as long time, Puzzled , because I never spend more than 30 minutes, when I challenge her by asking "when do i ever stay along time?" Unfortunately she barely speaks English so ??. I really believe she thinks I'm a different homeless person I guess all white people look the same

It's McDonald's, you already know what you're getting. Sub par food that tastes good cause it's loaded with salt, fat and sugar until it comes off as satisfying. They train on the idea that fries are only good to hold for 7 minutes and only 30% of the fries that go out are in that window in any McDonald's I've ever been to.
Breakfast at this location is generally pretty good but lunch and after just sucks. Every time I stop at this location around lunch the chicken sandwiches are cooked in old grease and have clearly been sitting in the warmers for hours to the point they are completely dried out. Additionally you can basically forget anything custom as it will never be right. Do yourself a favor and find another McDonalds!
