They messed up two of our orders, one of which was completely missing a sandwich. It took over 30 minutes to bring out a plain quarter pounder, and they fought with my mom an additional 10 about a missing fish sandwich that was going in the trash due to it being given to another family....that second family got their order corrected immediately

They are rude as hell at this location. They try to bully the customers. They will ask you to pull into a waiting spot even when there is no one behind you. I only go to get coffee on my way to work, and the taste is never consistent. Every worker just makes it their own way. Just go somewhere else, honestly.

MANAGEMENT COVERED UP THE OUTLETS!They purposefully covered up all the outlets making them no longer accessible. So much for catching a bite here while trying to catch up on some work. Staff was nice, but I feel like they're trying to get rid of business professionals.

The lady working the drive thru is so disrespectful, and always so rude. This is the second time she tells me at the drive thru payment window that I need to have my code ready at the speaker first, like excuse me do not tell me what I do first, there is nothing posted about having it first, and second if you want to tell me in a nice way I consider it, but not in this ugly rude attitude! Next time I’m told the same thing about using my code at the pay window, I’m driving off! Why order food and be treated badly? I’m not paying for that!

These people deliberately gave me a cold cup of milk instead of the iced coffee that i ordered. They tried to give me hot coffee at the window and when i told them i ordered iced, they gave me a cold cup of milk. The service was also rude and short.
