I placed my order online and for the first time I ordered the Bundtinis. I was excited to know that I had the option to choose the flavors according to my preference and disappointed when I realized that I did not receive exactly what I paid for. I could not confirm when doing the pick up, since the boxes are delivered closed, but I trusted that there was no error. Now it seems clearer to me when I received a call from the staff asking what time I would pick up my order ... they knew that my order was still there and they had made a mistake.

I purchased the 12 pack of Chocolate Turtle Buntlets for a function at work and found 2 hairs in the one I opened to eat. I hope none of my coworkers experienced this. I have seen on the reviews where other customers had done the same. This is a shame because the product is good. I will not be returning though. This is so disgusting.

We are so glad that we chose to have bundlets for our guests at the wedding. We included 5 flavor options on our digital RSVPs so that guests could choose what they wanted. We also instructed our venue to serve them in the clamshell and NOT bus them off the tables, so that guests who didn’t eat their whole bundlet before getting back on the dance floor got to take it home with them. My new husband and I each got a bundlet packed into our getaway vehicle for ourselves as well! We wish they had offered a discount for bulk/catering, but we did notice that prices vary slightly by NBC bakery locations, so you should price compare as well.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
I absolutely love the new GF Lemon Raspberry bundt cake. It's got a great balanced combination of both flavors tied together with delicious lemon frosting. Highly recommend this new flavor for regular and gluten-free customers!

$28 for a dozen bundtinis? I think not also noticed the Bundlet have less in the containers, talk about price gouge (greedy) under this presidency, everyone suffers. I will never spend another penny at this OR any location! that is just insane. !

One of my favorite nbc's! The vibe is ALWAYS so comforting! ESPECIALLY when Zamaria is there! (: she's so kind and always able to help me in every way! That women needs a raise she really took care of me! My new favorite cake is the teases it's soooooo delicious please bring it back I beg of you! It really was worth flying across 4 states just to taste. Now I think they have a churro flave just might have to come back sooner than later
Service was efficient and very pleasant staff. Their cakes are always moist and flavorful. The shop was very clean and smelled AMAZING.

Overall I love this place amazing bundtinis, always cute for a nice gift! I had an issue this last time I ordered for it to be delivered because somewhere in the delivery something happened to where it looked like the box got shaken. I was pretty disappointed. I did email the locations email and I did get replied to, said I would get some credit back for the delivery. I gave them my order info and I have yet to hear back from them.
