Always come here to eat. Waited for a server, he took our drink order. Waited for chips and salsa, he brought one. Asked for more, and he said, "Not your server. Waited 20 mins and asked for the check. Worst experience. Left after paying, and went to Addison. Better service, better quality. Never coming back to this

i stood at the front desk and made eye contact with two or three employees in order to be sat outside for lunch. ALL OF THEM ignored me and just kept doing whatever they were doing without even acknowledging me. i waited what i felt was an appropriate amount of time before i left. sure fire way to piss someone off.

Not really happy with this place any longer. They’ve changed their menu, AGAIN, and now lunch fajitas are $15! In addition, they now cut the meat different so it looks like the same amount, but it’s not. No thanks!

The place was empty there was only two other customers and one person at the bar. We ordered the guacamole live and the avocados was underripe and wasn’t smashed enough. When our food came out they gave us plastic utensils stating “we are out of silverware”. We were sitting in booth towards the kitchen and could hear our waitress and another gentleman wrapping up utensils but she didn’t bring us any. My boyfriend got up and asked them for some since we were having trouble with the plastic ones. I would understand if all tables were being used but the place was empty why not gather a few of the ones they were wrapping and offer them to us.

Why do you claim to make tortillas by hand daily but when I ordered uber eats today I get nasty store bought tortillas that taste awful and hard as can be. I only ordered because I wanted fresh made tortillas. Thanks alot y'all suck.

Big parking area. I was greeted by a warm friendly smile from Cristina! She also waited on us. In a snap she brought all our requests , without hesitations and still smiling. She was sweeping restocking working, while four coworkers mingled at the bar. Kitchen was the area where all meet. I can hear everything they said, even when someone said to another coworker to shut up. Music was average. Food tasty delivered hot, again thanks to Cristina! Great job.
We came for late lunch early happy and the service was friendly but inattentive. I had to even take myself to the kitchen to ask again for shared plates. Pretty great Happy Hour times and

Man, this OTB has gone downhill. We came in on our way home from the airport, around 7 pm on a Thursday. No hostess, which is fine, but once there were a few tables seated, the wait staff was too busy to pay attention, so I actually stopped a couple from walking out, explaining they were short staffed and someone was coming.The food was subpar for OTB standards. Overfried (if fried), and dried out when sauced. Guessing the staffing issue is why, but not great. And they were out of the new dish (shrimp diablo tacos), but didn’t realize/ tell us that until they were getting ready to bring out my father and my food. She ended up trying some soup but didn’t finish.There were no condiments on the table- and when we asked for salt, the waitress asked another table if they were done and gave us theirs. The wall of the booth was dirty- not the recent dirt but a build up of residue over time.Honestly is was just terrible. The two waitstaff we spoke to/saw there were lovely though. It just felt like this place was about to go out of business. Such a shame.

This was one of the best places to eat there shrimp bowl with rice and black beans were amazing i wanted something healthy and they got it … to back it up we had an amazing server
