YIKES. Worst service I've received in a while and they've got a RUDE bartender, literally watched her throw pool balls onto the counter and snap at customers. They say they're short staffed but literally have 5 bartenders working at once and the bar is maybe 1/10th capacity. They charge $15 an hour for pool and gratuity on all tabs. Which let's them get away with this horrible service because otherwise no one would tip. Won't be back and won't recommend. RUN from this place.

Best fried rice I have had in over a decade. Rice was cooked perfectly. Light, fluffy and moist. They have really good food! Yes it’s a bar but pretty much everything we have ever ordered here we have loved. My son loves the Chicken Ramen. Thank you Hour Glass for the best food in town!

we arrived are 7 and played a pool tournament. we ordered our first round of shots around 10pm. lady behind the bar cut us off after 2nd round round of shots. not sure why or what her reasoning was but she was rude and would not speak to us after. It was most like she had some kind of hatred towards us or something I will never come back to this place because of her. She was so mean and rude for no reason. I’ll play pool somewhere else.we literally had two drinks and was cut off.

Went to this place expecting a sushi bar / restaurant but this was simply a locals hangout / pool hall / dive bar. One side of the restaurant smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I’m not sure they even had food. We ordered one round, looked around at the “restaurant” and cashed out. The bartender kept our card but gave us receipts ? Not really sure what her motive was with that but after a frantic search of our own wallets thinking we had already put it away, we asked if she kept the card and she magically found it. They definitely deserve 3 stars. I don't why there is reviews about staff being racist when I got there most staff was brown. People were great here. Drinks were great. Great place for pool. Food was terrible. I had Pho meat combo. So bland. Broth tasted like water. The meatballs in the soup tasted freezer burnt. But don't worry if you don't like Pho, the menu is all over the place.

This is a place that is trying to be a bit of everything. They are not very successful in each though. The bar service is mediocre and food is not that good. It s a mix of a sports bar and asian restaurant and not a good mix in this case. Please pick a Specialty and stick with it. Hire more staff and improve food quality. This place has potential to be great it is re-designed.

Beautiful atmosphere, great pool tables, the food was fantastic! The chicken fried chicken is dry, however. I recommend the chicken strips or the absolutely fabulous brisket nachos. The onion rings are perfectly crisp with a wonderful batter and light flavor. The tators have the best, most mouth pleasing shape and the perfect seasoning. The music is upbeat 90s and early 2000s with the occasional older classic coming over the speakers and the decor is simply the coolest music culture, featuring the Beatles, with a sophisticated feel. A Pacman arcade game graces the wall by the updated jukebox. The whole place is simply a grand nod to the millennial American childhood. Incredible place!

I'm not sure the name of the manager tonight but they were horrible and unreasonable. It all started when we drove in from out of town to meet friends here. I went to the bar to order drinks for everyone. She stopped me mid order to leave the bar and check their IDs. One friend that clearly looks older than 35 was told she couldn't stay in a bar and grill in Texas without an ID. They informed me it was a Texas law, so she had to leave. So maybe I could buy that if they didn't serve food as well, but either way it was bull. Because I wasn't going to allow my friend to wait outside in the cold while we drank and ate, we all left. Never again.
