This used to be my favorite Indian place. It has changed as of 2023. They were not busy. The staff was grumpy, and they are not making the dishes I liked that made me want to go there. Sad to lose this as a good Indian buffet option.

Worst Indian restaurant in Dallas!!Idli were stale, butter paneer had no taste, Naan are frozen and the most funny dish is vegetable biryani which has no vegetables in it.The whole bowl had just 5 pieces of vegetables, it was a joke! Server couldn't argue at all. Please don't waste money. There are way more and better options out there.Low budget savera and sarigama offers better than this place.

UPDATE: we had such a wonderful experience today(3/14/2024). Namitah found out that I LOVE their Gulab Jamun and we found out that’s only in their buffet menu on Fridays ( makes sense since we used to go very often for our lunch date on Fridays) and she brought us some!!!Not only that, she was VERY welcoming from the moment we walked in ( greeted us with a smile in her face) and helped us immediately!!!!! Also, they brought us hot naan- YUMMMMMMMM!!!Best customer service we’ve experienced so far since we’ve been coming over 15 years.Thank you, sweet Namitah!!!!We shall see you soon on a Friday.Loved it. My hubby picked it for his Father's Day meal.(The first time we went here was for our 10 year Anniversay and we asked one our friends, from India, where we could get authentic Indian food and this is what she recommended. That was over 15 years ago!!! We've been going ever since!!!!!!!)This is "Our Place" for sure!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a Not a good place for Veg...Also your appearance matter for services. So make sure you dress well if you like to get basic services, if you are on shorts and in night dress... You can expect a bad treatment

First time here. My sisters took me here for my birthday lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I enjoy Indian food and this being a buffet lunch it was nice to see the food before hand and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing plenty of seating even as the lunch crowd came in. Friendly and helpful staff. Food is very delicious, lots of options. I will definitely go back and try some other dishes. I kept it simple and did not try everything ?

We ordered lunch takeout and it was so good! I spoke to the owner and asked him for recommendations for our family and they LOVED it!!! We had the garlic naan, chicken tandoori and a spicy lamb dish he recommended that was gone in minutes! We will be coming back for more very soon!

It's a good place to go for an Indian buffet, and try a variety of food with sodas and Tea as well. They can add more north Indian starters in vegetarian especially Paneer.Vegetarian options: Good variety in vegetarian food but can add more paneer dishes.

We went there on a sunday buffet. The bill was 43 for two including tax excluding gratuity. The no. of options for both veg and non veg was good. I am a vegeterian , I felt the same particular taste in all curries which I didnt appreciate much. The other thing that I didn’t like was the waiter hading over the bill before we finished. We were a bunch of friends gossiping over food and the retaurants had lot of empty spaces. It wasn’t the case that people were waiting and we were being mean.

The food here is, to my palate, the best. I love their saag paneer the most, it's so rich and flavorful. I also really love how they respect your spice level. A lot of places will still make it spicy when you ask for mild or no spice but Our Place gets it right every time. Our 11 year old had 4 servings because he loved the flavor without the burn.

Our Place has remained consistent over the years. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years. I typically visit this place for reliable Saag or Palak Paneer as it’s my favorite dish. During lunch, it’s a buffet. It’s always good due to the turn over of food from multiple patrons. You are constantly getting a fresh dish. During dinner, they truly shine. Thinking there would be an upgraded version of what you can get during lunch hadn’t crossed my mind, but they certainly proved that.I understand the cost of living and running a business has increased over the years, but as the price of buffet and dinner has increased steadily over the years, trying to reconcile a doubling of prices is sometimes difficult. I started eating here when the buffet was $9-10. Now, it’s closer to $20 per person. This means I can’t eat here as often as I would like. There are certainly other restaurants that have doubled their prices, so I’m not surprised, just disappointed.Other than that, I would recommend this place as one of the best Indian restaurants in town.
