I am so upset with you I will never go there again and will tell my friends. I went Sunday afternoon with a few friends. They ordered alot of food. I ordered only a pho soup and shared with my daughter because I can't afford a second meal. The bill was $9.70 only and she charged me 16.? And a $1.00 for 2 small pieces of lime that is ridiculous. And $ 5.? For service fee for spending $9.70 I do appreciate your bad service and my bad experience.

We been coming here for a long time . But today 3/4/24 after we finish dinner .I decided to use the restroom . One of the kitchen guys went in before I did . soI waited . He came out after I heard the toilet flush but noticed when I went in that the sink was dry and he did not wash his hands. Even a sign is the bathroom . Nasty. I finished and noticed he work in the kitchen area . You guys need to emphatize the rules running a restaurant. We will be taking a break from your place for a while .

I love this spot! My go to is the filet & brisket pho with a side of egg rolls and it's consistently good. The vermicelli with grilled pork bowl is my second favorite dish but this isn't a place I'd go for fried rice as there's better options available. Also the grilled pork Bahn Mi is delicious. The service in the dining room is quite attentive too.

Came here with a soar throat and asked for something that could help my throat. Server Pratee was awesome help, sweet and friendly. She helped me customize my pho with less noodle and more soup and chicken which helped me a lot. It was a relief to my throat pain. Thank You Pratee and Seni, you girls were awesome.
