Dear Sir, please stop cutting the tenders in halves to make four. It's not fair and misleading to take our money just to be disappointed. I know it's hard times, but can you find something else to cut on food costs and leave the tenders alone. Second time getting slim Jim's instead of tenders.
The best sweet tea on the entire planet came along with my caniac order. If it wasn't for the fresh brewed tea, I probably wouldn't have return so quickly. I'm very particular about my tea and how it tastes and this has to be one of the best I've had in my life. I always dine in and get my daily dosage of Cane's chicken and a massive refill on the tea. Don't judge me. Lol
The customer service was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. The staff's attitude could be more positive and accommodating. While I am not usually one to complain, I found it frustrating that even a simple request for lemonade, which was located behind the cashier, was met with an eye roll. If I had been able to reach the lemonade myself, I would have done so. Additionally, the staff seemed inattentive and unresponsive when I tried to get their attention for a refill, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy. Despite these issues, the overall experience was acceptable.

I honestly do not understand the hype. Since moving to Texas, I have tried Raising Cane's twice and have been unimpressed. Although the food was hot and the service great. The chicken is super bland. Unseasoned at its finest!??♀

So…this was was my first time at Canes. Tbh, had very high expectations. From the toast to the fingers I was hoping for a high class fast food experience. As this is a monumental step in my journey of adulthood I was hoping for it to be filled with joy, laughter, and diet Dr Pepper. And I will say, two of these things were achieved (NOT THE JOY?). As I entered the portal to chicken galore I was hoping to be greeted by a friendly grin…however expectations are just that: an expectation. Instead, a lady woman of non childbearing years had a mediocre attitude. And was very uninviting of me, a Northener, to her establishment, a chicken store in a southern town. I digress, her attitude towards me when I said I DID NOT WANT iced tea or lemonade was appalling. I am allergic to sugar, and I often phase allergophobic attitudes… but at other fast food establishments my needs are seen, understood, empathized, and most importantly met. with an unfriendly scowl, she rudely and insensitively asked “ BOTTLED WATER OR FOUNTAIN WATER” ??? in the northern territories of the great US of A?? we don’t have fountain water. Anyhoo, this experience was both delicious and disheartening. While I may return (TBD) I hope we can reflect on this experience as a learning moment. Perhaps Canes may now fund an allergy awareness campaign ( also what happens if you’re allergic to chicken… in todays economy NO VEGAN OPTIONS??????) while I’m not vegan, I wish my counterparts that are would receive such food as well. Goodbye for now, see you on the flip side.Vegetarian options: None?

Please be aware of drive thru guy, He is a thief and running a SCAM. my incident occurred on 2/13/2024, I paid for my food, the guy gave me the receipt, but did not return my card, I ask for it, and he stated he gave it to me, I pulled my car up and looked around in my wallet, but could not found it, I went in and ask the front counter clerk to tell the guy at the window he didn't give me my card, counter guy whisper to him something, and this guy went in his back pocket to return my card. If that isn't theft I do not know what is, he had the intent to be fraudulent with my card, he didn't offer an apology, just a smirk on his face, the apology came from the front counter clerk. Please make sure you get your card when you receive your receipt. This guy is taking peoples card, running a scam.**********PLEASE BE AWARE.
