Traditional US chain restaurant. Popular for decades, specializing in seafood, primarily shrimp and lobster but also fish. Be warned the calorie counts on many of their dishes are impressive, as are the prices. But the flavors are undeniably appealing, especially if you like butter. Cash & credit cards accepted.Decor and ambiance are probably the things I like best about Red Lobster but this one also had the advantage of being across a parking lot from my hotel. Not too busy on a Monday night, but they seemed a bit understaffed. Took a while for a waiter to first approach us and a while for the food to come. Server was very friendly and has worked there for years.Flatbread options are a tasty alternative. The Lobster Flatbread was good. Crispy flatbread with a thin layer of cheese and lobster bits along with fresh tomatoes and basil.The Southwest Shrimp Bowl came with close to a dozen shelled and seasoned shrimp over rice, lettuce, and crisp tortilla chips. Also tasty.Shrimp options are always good even if they often seem to swim in butter.The Cheddar Biscuits are insanely delicious and undoubtedly extremely unhealthy. But if you don't make RL a regular stop, go ahead and indulge without feeling guilty!Vegetarian options: Probably not many unless you're just eating sides.Dietary restrictions: Inquire carefully.Parking: Plenty of parking in the parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Kid & family-friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Always a treat to visit Red Lobster for those of us that live outside the US. This location did not disappoint. I had late lunch visit to the restaurant and it was clean and ready to serve. My waitstaff, Apollo, was friendly and on top of her game. Food was delicious!

Overall the food was okay, it was the service that was horrible. Started off with filthy silverware and glass. I asked for biscuits when I first put my order in and didn’t get them until after my food came and I had to get up and ask the host for them, meanwhile I watched the table across from me get a basket of bread and a refill. I had to get up and ask for something three times and the third time I asked for a manager and she seemed as if she was bothered by me talking to her and didn’t care to hear what I had to say, didn’t even ask if she could refill my empty drink cup sitting on the edge of the table. No apologies or anything and the server still didn’t come back to my table until about 10 minutes after I told her the problem.

Waited almost an hour for a small order of lobster and it was somehow not hot. And one of the orders was wrong despite the whole thing being two duplicate orders. Also no utensils were given. But I guess it was neat that we got 4 free biscuits and the food tasted good otherwise besides being a little subpar because of the poor temperature

The food was good, but the service was awful starting with the manager to the server to the hostess. Not sure if everyone was having a bad day because it was the first day of day light savings or if this is just business as usual. Not a good experience for my mom or me.
