Me and my husband review restaurants and this place was horrible customer service sucks came on a Tuesday night not busy at all but didn’t get service until after 10 min someone walked in and got a drink immediately not friendly and I got racist vibes not coming

This establishment has accommodated my team many times and at the last minute! The food is amazing and service stellar! We will continue to visit this location and I look forward to our next visit. FYI the pizza that's spicy AF is what it says, proceed at your own risk and I travel with Tabasco :)

First time trying this place with my family thinking I would enjoy the food. As far as the presentation of the food it was nice very well plated. The taste of the food didn't not match how it looked nor did it match how the waitress explained to us. The Captain Jack Sparrow chicken biscuit (Cap'n crunch breaded chicken tenders, scrambled eggs w/ syrup on the biscuit), my wife had 2waffles, bacon, scrambled eggs, & some sauce there was absolutely no flavor. The service could of been better we were greeted but took forever to place our order. For it to be slightly busy there seemed to be only 2 servers. Wife went to the restroom & said it reeked & smelled like a urinal.

Last night at Reservoir totally flipped the script from my last time there. The DJ was on fire – had us all hooked from the first track to the last. The food? Spot on, tasty, and way better than I remembered. And the service was killer – the waitresses were on their A-game, keeping the drinks flowing and the vibe just right. Didn’t have to wait around at all. Honestly, it was a solid night out. Reservoir’s really upped their game, and I’m down for round two keep the Dj on deck he was amazing

I typically have a good time here!!! Tonight we had a waitress that intentionally ignored us and we ordered drinks at the bar. When a yt couple walked in she was eager to help them. When addressed she told security we were aggressive and they asked us to leave without asking what happened they automatically took what she said and ran with it. We promptly disputed the charges because we were not allowed to simply finish our drinks. We come here often and the waiter we typically have in that particular section is always nice and attentive I wish I could remember her name.

Reservoir is a high-energy bar and a best bar in dallas for your late night outing, and when you want to chill out with your friends and love one.Reservoir opens till 2am and has great selection for both food and alcohol and tap beers.I have been with my friends and now we are going every weekend to enjoy our time.It's is located in Toyota Music Factory, and has great ambiance and music.Trust me at the weekend you will love this place, but don't forget to take your ID along with you, as they might want to check the same.

I came to this restaurant with a friend to catch up and have a few cocktails. The cocktails are great here and my server was very attentive. After about 3 cocktails we decided to get some food. We ordered Shrimp Tacos and Shrimp Corndogs. They were decent. The batter on the corndogs could have been cooked a bit longer, because the batter on the inside was a little undercooked. The tacos were good just not as memorable. I will definitely go back because we enjoyed the drinks and the atmosphere. That will give me a chance to find something else on the food menu to try. After 10pm on the weekends, the restaurant turns into a lounge/club.
