Only my son got a decent cut. For what you charge, you expect better food and service. We had to wait to be seated because all the waitresses were busy on the table. My husband's plate did not arrive at the same time and had to wait, after a few minutes we had to ask for an update, there was none. It finally arrived after a little b8t They felt rushed, and I felt rushed. They describe the plate as coming with salt. No, it was a Styrofoam plate with Coleslaw. A DISAPPOINTMENT! I don't understand how on their Instagram profile the dishes look delicious but when they are served they are not appealing at all. I went with a team of 3 and the service was very bad. The food was not at all, the wait was more than an hour and when I left we did NOT want to leave a tip and yet, WE WERE MADE TO leave a tip because that's how they say the machine works. I went because they tell me that Venezuelans make good food but this was a DISAPPOINTMENT.

I went back to give it a second chance and waited exactly 1 hour for my food.
