I thought I'd stop by to try the blackout float and a hot dog while maybe snagging a pair of eclipse glasses. When I placed my order I noticed a BOGO entree offer and added popcorn chicken.The float was good and did not disappoint. However, either they were out, or my server just didn't include the glasses. He also didn't include either of the sauces that I ordered. Thankfully the chicken is good w/o sauce. At any rate, ymmv at this location.
The employees are very friendly and they're trying their best at what they do. I give the employees 5star!! Food is good but I found even better Sonic. Don't go to the one on beltline or pioneer ?. The one on Shady Grove is the best one in Irving! Then this one is 2nd for me?

Customer service is ok. Not rude but very abrupt and nonchalant. Overall appearance of this location is way better than Shady Grove. This location surprisingly had food. Just ordered blasts. Honestly, not terrible, but I would definitely return more often with better customer service and eagerness.
