So confused why this place has so many good reviews. Vegetarians, not the subs you’re looking for. Barely filled sandwich, lettuce and avocados are browned and old and bread wasn’t soft either. Was excited to try a new place but extremely disappointed especially for $11. Tried calling them but didn’t get a response back.

I have been here about four times now and you can tell the shop owner is proud of what he does and loves to serve people! He literally knows almost everyone by name every time I go in. He has started recognizing me as well which is so nice. Today I asked for a particular cookie and when I was getting my food he told me to pick another cookie because he didn’t know how fresh the one I wanted was. That right there gained my full trust in him and his business. Any other place would’ve been happy to charge me for a 3 day old stale cookie but his integrity was stronger than that. The daily specials are all you really need lol but of course you can try the other things as well! This place is good vibes and good trustworthy food!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I discovered Subz N Stuff in 2021 when I was looking for a local sandwich shop. This family owned business did not disappoint and I've been going ever since. The ingredients are fresh and the sandwiches are huge. The owner Jami will greet you with a smile, and he seems to know every returning customer by name.My go to is the house made tuna salad, but I've yet to have a sandwich I didn't like. The daily special chicken sandwiches feature a rotating selection the owner Jami's original sauces (buy a bottle to go). If you've got a big appetite, try the Maverick, the Lonestar, or the Ranger. The Doner Kabob, Chicken Salad, and Ruben are also great.I recommend calling ahead. The small shop gets busy at lunchtime, and the line is sometimes out the door. But it's well worth the wait!

They overcharge for food and then the food was subpar. We won't be back.

The guy on the phone is very rude and likes to rush you and hung up before I was finished, I've come here a few times but will not be returning. The fellow doesn't have a clue on how to be nice and respectful to

Really love the Turkey club on wheat here. And Jami is super friendly and makes you want to come back to say hi if you're a regular.

Gourmet is a stretch. The guy making the sandwiches never shuts up. You have to listen to him talk the entire time you're there. It's very annoying.

Avoid at all costs, They make you wait an hour for a cold cut sandwhich with cheese melted on top. my Meatball sub had zero Marinara sauce and the meatballs were cold. Not worth the $20.

Food was mediocre but the worst part was the attitude of the owner. He constantly has attitude and yells at his own employees for making minor mistakes. He seems very arrogant and full of pride. I feel bad for his employees, they don’t deserve that treatment. I asked to customize an order and apparently that made him mad. His own custom sauces he created have a weird smell and they do not taste good at all. Treat your employees well and they will do good.

Really conflicted. Several times the sandwiches were nothing short of amazing. Especially the double deckers (call in advance, it’s much easier that way).On my last visit the bread on all our sandwiches was hard and chewy. Not fresh. Made the sandwiches difficult to enjoy. Maybe an off day for the restaurant, but not the best experience.

Subz and Stuff is an absolute hidden gem in the heart of Las Colinas! If you've never had the pleasure of dining here, consider this your sign to give it a try. This unassuming spot offers sandwiches that are truly top-notch and packed with delicious flavors. What sets Subz and Stuff apart is not just the food but also the warm and welcoming owner who goes the extra mile to make every visit memorable. It's incredible how he remembers each customer, making you feel like part of the family. My personal favorite at Subz and Stuff is the pizza sub. The combination of fresh ingredients and the owner's homemade sauces is simply outstanding. It's no wonder that this place made its mark on Shark Tank; the quality speaks for itself.Keep in mind that Subz and Stuff is a cozy little hole-in-the-wall joint, so don't expect a fancy ambiance. However, I promise you, the sandwiches are worth every minute of the wait. To streamline your experience, I'd recommend ordering online. This way, you'll only have to endure a short wait before indulging in the mouthwatering sandwiches that Subz and Stuff has to offer. In summary, if you're on the hunt for a truly special dining experience in Las Colinas, look no further than Subz and Stuff. You won't be disappointed by the delicious sandwiches, personalized service, and the unique charm of this local gem. Give it a try, and you'll likely become a regular like so many of us already have.

We really enjoyed there subs the were made fresh and they were very good tasting. We will deffintely be comin back for there food again. The lady said they had been around for 20 years, they were kinda expensive for subs but no more than Jersey Mikes or jimmy johns and i think there better qualty than both of these places
