I waited for 10 mins just to be told they “closed early because they took the money” I wasn’t paying cash and they was still a few minutes until closing to make 1 drink. This was my favorite place but it’s deafly not the only one in the area in this has pushed me to try new spots.

Good service, great variety and price but the snowcones tasted like they were made with like faucet nasty water. I threw the whole thing away. I hope they do better. I may give them another try and more stars.

Make sure you have cash or cash app because they don't take credit/debit cards. I guess sales are not reported since cash app is not trackable on sales. Discouraging sitting in line to find out at window they only take cash or cash app.....

Shaved ice is good but depending on who makes it sometimes I have to ask for extra juice because it's barely any on there - which is no big deal, easy fix. My main reason for 3 stars is the customer service...What happened to a smile, a "Hello, what can I get for you today?", and pleasant tone of voice? Everyone has things going on outside of work but your attitude should not spill over into how you treat your customers. I recently found this place but I've already gone several times and one of the girls that tends to take my order always has an attitude and it's not cool.

I just wanted to say I had the worst experience there today there were 3 girls in there and one wasn’t doing anything and one was doing the snow cones and one taking orders and I went back and asked her if she could redo it and she said no that they would have to charge me and I told her I wanted strawberry banana with light syrup and she said that I had to pay extra for that but when I went the week before the young lady did it perfectly and she was very respectful and these young ladies weren’t and that’s really upsetting will never go there again these young teens want to just disrespect older people.

They never disappoint. Reminds me of snowballs from New Orleans. They just don't put the gummy drops on top, and I don't think you have an option of adding ice cream on top either. They are delicious ?
