I went there with colleagues, 2 Germans, I French and 2 Americans. The place is extremely loud but the atmosphere is great. It was one of my colleagues' birthday : the staff brought a horse saddle mounted on a bar stool and had my colleague swing some underwear above his head. Great fun indeed. Another plus : free peanuts ! The only drawback : the place was full and the very young staff was a bit lost and hectic. I had a salad, quantity and quality were absolutely great. Loved that place...

We came to Texas Road house for lunch, the server and host were very nice and timely however, the food was like if I made it at home. The cheese fries are covered by less than a handful of cheese. The ribs were overcooked and almost rubbery. No shame to the service staff but the kitchen needs to be standing on business.
Food was average. Ribs ok. Too much salt on outside on baked potatoes, salt covered other food and entire plate. Large portions. Wait staff was excellent. A usual rolls and butter yummy yummy. Blooming onion crispy and not too greasy.

We called ahead to confirm late seating and were assured that the restaurant could accommodate us. Unfortunately, our experience upon arrival was less than welcoming. The staff treated us with a noticeable lack of friendliness. Most of our table received their food, but when we requested to have some dishes reheated, we were informed that the kitchen's oven and grill had already been shut down for the night. Additionally, it was challenging to have uneaten, cold dishes removed from our bill. Overall, the service did not meet our expectations

I love the chain, as they usually consistent in their excellent service and food quality. Today we went as a big group, and we had the sorest experience ever! First, they tried to dictate how to divide ourselves on the tables as families!!! Then they missed up 15% of the orders, and at the end they insisted on paying of everything including the food that no one ordered! At one point, a friend of mine ask them to reheat his cold stake and they told him the oven is closed for the day.To be fair, we arrived late, but only after the manager informed us she would accommodate us.A very stressful night indeed and we regret bringing our out-of-state friends here!
