The customer service was great! The place was clean. I got the Budlong original (heat level - classic) with fries. I did not like the comeback sauce. I got this as a dipping sauce for my fries. My sandwich had the same sauce as well. Since I did not like the sauce as much, I did not enjoy the sandwich. But I will be back to try their other menu options.

This place is so awesome and so good! The customer service is outstanding. Came in today to try their The chicken fried steak sandwich- Nashville style! Let me tell you what! It's everything and more. It's perfectly made for a Texas size feel! Everything blends perfectly together! Asked for fresh fries and they came out perfectly salted! Absolutely enjoyed every bite! This place is clean and is the perfect place to enjoy some hot Chicken! They do have one item on the menu that's bone in. I will be trying that next time! My server Cassey was wonderful! Loving the sweet ice tea and can't wait for the beer on tap to open. Please come and enjoy! Great for solo or groups and they do have a bar area top that you can dine at as well! Cheers

My husband and I brought my mom here because we had a coupon.The food was really good! I had the popcorn chicken with the ranch dipping sauce.My mom had the budlong sandwich and said it was good.My husband had a chicken sandwich as well but he got it the two stars spicy and said it was actually spicy. He often gets spicy chicken sandwiches at other places that aren’t hot enough for him.The prices here are good too. Even without the coupons, we still would have paid full price.Lastly, our service was fantastic. Sayd at the counter took care of us and gave recommendations for what to order.

i got the Chicken and waffles without honey, it's pretty good and cheap, $5 for about 5-10 pieces of chicken. It came out really hot though so I had to wait for it to cool down. It comes with powdered sugar ontop and gives it a flavorful touch, the chicken is salty and delicious coated and with the powdered sugar it taste great. It also came out pretty fast. I would give this a five but when trying to receive a coupon for a sandwich we had to order online and wait longer.

Staying at the Westin next door and decided to give this place a try. The chicken sandwich was good but they put SO much salt on the fries. They seemed to be cooked fine and they gave me plenty, but I couldn’t eat more than about 5.

Delish. Crispy krinkle fries seasoned to perfection. Hot chicken sandwich with pickles...excellent flavor.OMG - Fried cornbread. Yes please.
Picked up food to go, the egg was totally burnt, not just slightly either. I took a bite and got a terrible burnt taste. The chicken even tasted burnt. The biscuit was stale too. I also added a classic tender but it was too spicy to eat. I think they must have used the wrong seasoning on it. So basically a wasted $10.

This chicken shop is new in the Las Colinas area. Mobile service was easy to navigate. I ordered the 2 tends combo. They give you a large portion of fires. Tenders were not dry which was a plus! Definitely a spot I would check out again.
