We have always loved Uno China, but, today, is a different story. We had a party of 6 with 4 tickets. We all paid our tickets at different times. The first person went up and paid, came back to the table, the waitress took the next ticket, came back with the change, and the last 2 paid as we were leaving. The first person walked out with us, and that's when the waitress came outside chasing us down saying we didn't pay one ticket, and if we didn't pay it, she wold have to.Whoever was taking tickets was very accusatory towards us. For some reason he couldn't show us all 4 tickets. So, somebody made off with 43.00.So, we ended up paying the ticket again. He was very rude. Needless to say, we were very disappointed with the way we were treated.We will probably not be back.

The ribs were good, but I asked for Duck Sauce for my egg rolls. They brought with the check. The tamales looked good. Went in the bathroom , a worker was in the handicap stall. And talking on the phone. So I had to wait . The chicken was hard. Not grilled options was a fried.

Still my favorite chinese buffet in this part of town. We no longer live in state but we stop here every time we pass through.They're an excellent price, even on the weekend and their selections are out of this world. Been coming here since 2014.They've definitely gotten busier over the years so make sure you're okay with a busy atmosphere, otherwise you can't go wrong choosing this place as your buffet spot!

Came in to try it for the first time , around dinner time. The food was ok. Some things came out fresh others have been sitting there for awhile but that's expected with buffets.. what made it an experience with no intent to return was just no service at all. We were seated, but never waited on...no refills no cleaning off plates ,Nothing! So we proceed back to the front and ask to pay. The front was confused ,apparently you pay with the waiter, but we never had one so they had to track down the waiter to get out ticket so we can pay,and he has the Audacity to ask for a tip ? .Never coming back there are far more options around here that could provide a better experience and food.

I usually come here and always very satisfied but my last visit I was really disappointed and very disgusted on how my last visit went. I was sat down on a table with my family and I had a strong smell of poop, but I didn’t want to complain or anything. We realized that on the table there was smeared poop on the floor. I know it wasn’t their fault but we felt very embarrassed and disrespected… some people sitting next to us noticed the smell. I let our waiter know and did absolutely nothing. At least move us away from the table. I told the front desk person about the problem and nothing as well. He said it was food but I know food doesn’t smell that horrible. I didn’t want to go this far but my family and I was very unhappy and we are certainly never coming back here ever again.
