Paid $25 for someone else’s food thanks a lot and it’s not even the second, third or fourth I just hate that they repeated my actual order before giving me the wrong order. Just close this location its never gonna get better.

I love Whataburger but this specific store is useless. You place an order online to pick up at the drive thru and when you waited half an hour in line they tell you that you must get off and pick up at the door, there they make you wait a few more minutes. Whatever you ask for, they will always force you to get out of the car even if you don't want to. The food is always poorly prepared, it usually lacks the ingredients I ask for, always bacon. I order onion rings and when they're not burnt, the box is empty. The fries are always cold and hard. I made a claim on this specific store's website and they only gave me points on the app. They don't care in the least about offering good service. If you are going to eat there, half an hour to get your food, if you go by car, half an hour too, and if you order takeout, the same thing. I don't have another store nearby so I have to come back here. Today I ordered some burgers that are for a limited time and are supposed to come with bacon, there was no bacon and I ordered one with extra. It's unfair not to get things for the price you pay. Do something.

I ordered online so that it would be faster when picking up my order, as soon as I arrived at the Intercome they told me that I had to go into the restaurant which seemed strange to me because in my order I said that I would pick it up through Drive True, I proceeded to stay at the Drive True When I got to the window they asked me in a bad way why I came through the window if she told me to come inside. They told me to wait an extra 10 minutes for the order and in the end I had to get out of my car because the order was incomplete. The fries were out of the container scattered all over the bag. Inside the restaurant there were 3 employees near the counter all on the phone, inside where the orders are prepared 2 more people were using the phone. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. BTW I was late for work for this reason this restaurant is very ghetto11PMMarch 24

It's not every day that you make it to a whataburger like this. Old school and everyone was cool. From the Mgr to the order entry. Keep on being the whata in your otherwise burger place.

Bad customer service. I have been getting the same meals this past fridays, and they had trouble ringing it up at this location. They seem upset because they couldn't get it right. We ended up getting a refund and had to go somewhere else. My order was 2 fish platters and 2 fish sandwich combos simple order.

yall lemme get this straight. for the last 20 years I’ve been a fan of whataburger. ive bought cups, hats and even socks from whataburger. but i have NEVER experienced such a bad experience from this restaurant. first off they got my order wrong, and then they burned my onion rings because they suddenly “forgot”. i had them remade and they weren't even the correct SIZE. and this isnt the first time ive had a bad experience from this location. its a shame that this place has let me down, as all the other whataburgers ive went to have never been like this. hopefully they better the quality of this establishment in the future.
