I agree totally with my friend WingsStop has given us a wrong order and then gave us half-baked information. We ordered wings with bone and paid for it but we got wings that is boneless. when we reached them to resolve it, manager @Lucia gave us a bad attitude and told us that its our problem and she is not responsible for it. Totally ruined our Friday night !!!!
Worst Service I have ever had with WingsStop. The store manager @ Lucia has not educated her employees about store policies thats her mistake and then she blames them for the mistakes and has a very bad attitude towards the customers when they come with a problem. We ordered wings with bones but we got boneless instead of resolving the problem the manager has shown the worst attitude to us.
