great customer service, as soon as my girlfriend and i walked through the door we were immediately greeted by the cashier Alondra, she is such a friendly lady with great people skills. definitely makes the bakery experience 10/10

This bakery overcharges people, they always show on their receipt that they charge a high price for the bread and they overcharge you, be careful.

I honestly think it was the worst experience I've ever had, I ordered a cake and they wanted to deliver me something completely different even when I had already sent them a photo of how I wanted it, they delivered the cake late and when I picked it up it was nothing special. What I expected, they wanted to charge me extra to make the cake the way I wanted, when I had already paid for it before, the manager was super disastrous and they wanted to blame me for why I didn't tell them clearly what I was doing. I wanted it, I hope the owner takes action on the matter and stressed that it is not the first time they have done the same thing to me ? here I leave the photo of how I wanted it and how they wanted to deliver it to me and the messages where I I sent the manager the photo of the cake I wanted directly to her.

Don't order cakes here, I highly doubt they will deliver them and if they do it won't be what you ordered.I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and I arrived to pick it up and they didn't do it and the worst thing is that in the morning I called to let them know that it wouldn't be at 12 but at 2pm and they didn't come to tell me that it wouldn't be ready.I'm really angry and they think that with an apology they solve everything, let's see if by apologizing the cake served at the party appears.
