Amazing experience, so happy we tried it. I've never been a huge sushi guy, always liked the good stuff but never went out of my way for it. So understandably I went in somewhat skeptical. Just had a quick lunch but it was very good. We didn’t get anything from the bar but it looked impressive. I had the Chicken Sando and my friend had the F&T Burger and we were both pleased with our choices and the cost wasn’t ridiculous either.

The Omakase experience is like nothing else you’ll find in East Texas. Chef RJ knew every detail of the food that was being served and explained his methods as he prepared the freshest food I’ve had in years right in front of us. Very intimate setting, amazing food and drinks, we will definitely be back!
