Just average ramen. Better than a cheap cup of ramen, no where near as good as the worst in Japan. We had 3 different kinds and all were just there without much flavor. Even the nitamago(egg) barely had any flavor. Service was good, prices were average, nice atmosphere.Overall, not good enough to go back, but wouldn't mind. Just wouldn't order ramen again.

The establishment looked nice from the outside, so we decided to check it out. They need to hire more wait staffs as there were only 2 of them to accommodate everyone. We waited an hour for food for 2 people to arrive. Not the best sushi restaurant in the area. We probably wouldn’t dine here again since there are many other better options just steps away.

This was probably my poorest sushi experience ever. Ambiance and decor was nice. Literally everything else was awful.The waitress was really rude. The sushi roll was full price but tiny. Other places give 3x's as much for the same price. The sushi seemed like it was frozen and not fresh. The tonkatsu was literally just broth, tiny pork, raw eggs, and a TON of green onion.Very diasapointing.

Sugar land or houston is my usual go to areas for sushi, but due to social distancing and covid I decided to try somewhere nearby in katy. I went to asian town and ordered takeout from Atami express. The service was good and the food satisfied my sushi craving but I do prefer my regular sushi spots!

Strongly suggest everyone to check out Katy Asian Town, it consists of several different adequate places to eat. I had the shaggy dog from Atami express, and I have to say it was tasty. Wouldn't quite say it was better than Bonsai or Ra sushi. I have yet to try Japaneiros, to determine which is better. The presentation for the caterpillar sushi roll was sterling, I loved the addition of the onion eyes. Shaggy dog was better than both the caterpillar and sunrise, and sadly the crab cheese rolls were not the move. Udon noodles was something new and different for me, I enjoyed a noodle soup type of dish, reminded me of the Khao soi from Rim Tanon.
