My to-go order service by Stacy was great & that’s why I gave 2 stars. Food portion was miserable for the price. My total bill was $36 for 2 small containers half-filled - $18.99 for half a small container of seafood fondue & $14.99 for crab & spinach dip! The website prices were not updated so when I went to collect & pay, the total bill was $10 more! And food tasted very salty. It was my birthday meal & I was so disapppinted!

This was my first time here. We were having a night out with some couples and decided to have dinner here. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Our server, Jona, was very professional and excellent with recommendations for the restaurant. As a person from New Orleans, I'm always comparing these to New Orleans style restaurants to the ones from back home. This is a close match to the cuisine from home. The only thing was a slight mishap at the end of the night. Everything was great. Left wanting to Seay back down and try some more items. Great experience, Must Try!

As always Babin's never fails to enlighten your taste buds. The Golden Tile is a favorite and this time I had with the stuffing. Pick your 2 sides. The drinks are not potent, at least on that day. The other dish was stuffed mushrooms and was delicious.

Food is always great at this location but don’t use your Landry’s Club card there & expect to get your points. Was assured after waitress wrote down member # it would be applied but it wasn’t. Went back the next day & spoke with a manager & was assured again points would be applied & again they were not. Spent $81 + tip for 2 meals so the points would have been nice. It’s a shame. This location used to have great service.

With severe food allergies, it is always comforting to be able to eat safely at a restaurant. I only had to tell Caleb about my food restrictions on our first visit; I have never had to mention them again, because he remembers and has repeated my allergies back to me every visit since. Thank you Babin's and Caleb for delicious, safe, seafood served with impeccable service. We have not been to Babin’s since Covid in 2019. We went yesterday and wanted to order Shrimp Lafayette, which is not on the menu currently. Our server was Lindsay, and she really was a pleasure. She told me, many people are requesting that dish, we can make the same dish, but using large stuffed shrimp. So we gave it a try and it was outstanding. Customer service is a thing of the past these days, but they went the extra mile to take good care of us, and Lindsay really really knew her stuff. I will ask for her every time we go, and we will be going again. I watched her deal with multiple tables and described menu items, different fish on the menu, Desserts. She seems very young to me, but so pleasant to deal with, and her knowledge was absolutely outstanding. We wanted for nothing and had a great experience. That is truly hard to find these days, thank you Lindsay and thank you babins for making the night a very special night.
