Have been enjoying Bagel Cafe every Saturday AM with some dear friends for almost 15 years. Great food, better people. Grew up in New Jersey & realize that doesn't grant me full New York Bagel cred BUT love this place for breakfast. We've stopped her after church on Sunday multiple times also. Previous owner was great, new owner (who is from NY) seems to be stepping up the food a notch without losing a beat on the family friendly setting.

We were really craving some bagels and thought we'd drive out to Katy to give this a try. It's kind of nestled back in the corner of a strip mall type place. There's a few tables if you'd like to sit outside on the sidewalk, but PLENTY of places to sit inside. A HUGE variety of bagels and sandwiches, which although standard served on bread can be served on bagels if you choose. Really enjoyed our sandwiches, and took a dozen bagels to go! We will definitely be back for more!

I tried the Westerner and the sun rise breakfast sandwiches and they were delicious. If you love hot fresh coffee that taste good you wanna try their miracle on third Street. The cafe shop was nice and clean and had friendly service.

We have been hearing of The Bagel Cafe and finally had the opportunity to stop by...we were not disappointed! We were treated like family the moment we walked thru the door and Santa Clause had stopped by for a visit and pictures! The breakfast bagels were delicious! Highly recommend the jalapeño cheddar and the Asiago bagels were on point. We'll be back!

Joe and his team went above and beyond to make sure my catering order was perfect. I had family come in from Los Angeles and New York and they loved the bagels, cream cheese, pastries and quiche! Home run and we are lifetime customers!! He even called the next day to make sure everything was good and people were happy with the food! Who does that ???? Joe does!!

Best little spot. Growing up in Miami I was shocked when I moved to Houston to only find kolaches for breakfast when I was raised on bagels. My parents found this place and get take out a lot, but we stopped by to eat in one morning on my way to work. Super friendly staff, great fresh coffee ( Katz coffee) and they have flavors I haven't seen around town. Big plus! The food was delicious and fair price. Will absolutely be back.

Actually very good for Texas, but this NYC/Chicago transplant is used to the best bagels on the planet or at least in my cities. Staff is helpful, friendly and efficient. Definitely going back, and relatively soon. RBK

The smell of fresh bagels hits you when you walk in right away. It's better than a new car. The bagels are huge and delicious and remind me of growing up in Long Island going to a bagel shop. Owner and employees were extremely kind. We will be making this place a staple! Try the egg bagel, it's one of my personal favorites. They are fluffy and not dense. The harvest wheat was outstanding as well!

We just went for lunch today here and hands down the best bagels I’ve had in Texas! We’ve been on the search since moving from the north, and I promise you won’t be disappointed. Fresh food, excellent service and great atmosphere! We will be regulars. :)
