Coming to this place at least 2 times a week never ever got not even normal but service itself.Servers saw you they act like just other guest not even hi or something they go directly to the back for smoking with a drink and back inside asking nothing if we want to order something.And even when i go inside I saw they just playing with each other not serving anyone inside.This is the most nonsense place ever.Every single time we had to go inside wait on the line to order.I have no idea why owner pays and keep these people here just ridiculous !!!

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and have noticed the recent change in management. The new manager (the bald guy with glasses) is an absolute jerk. I’ve watched him scream in the FACES of the female staff in front of guests, and he also tends to treat the guests that are the same age as the staff as if we work there. I am in service industry myself and am a bar manager. So I understand completely that sometimes coaching is needed, but to scream at a girl half your age? In front of other staff and GUESTS???? a grown man, especially the MANAGER, should not be screaming at ANYONE while at work. The owner made a mistake in giving him as much power as he has, it’s definitely gone to his head.

We arrive before lunch to the Saint Patrick's day event. The menu was limited to one page with no regular drinks menu. We had to request that, and the server had to "find one". Mind you the back of the restricted menu was blank, and could have fit nearly the entire regular drink menu. We started off with cheese sticks and potato skins which arrived quickly and hot but things devolved from there. Despite the limited selection and esently being among the first to eat that day, our food arrived cold, and wrong. The manager attempted to reorder the meals stat to get them hot. The arrived hot, but still wrong. One over cooked berger missong the mayo it was ordered with. Another berger missing requested lettuce and onion, and fry that were requested double fried and we're not. The only real adjustment that the manager made that worked out was a discount on the bill. If all you want is standard drinks or bears you can see behind the bartender and no food then it is probably going to make you happy on an event day. Given that I know this place gets busy on regular weekends, I can only imagine how difficult it would be for them to keep up with service on a full menu.Edit: within 2 weeks someone from corporate responded to my review acknowledge the issues and I have raised the service rating from three stars to four as a response to their acknowledgment.

In search of a late night dinner on a Friday night with a hankering for Fish & Chips, and landed on the patio. Did not disappoint and my companion raved about his Big English Burger and Onion Rings! Great casual dining under the stars - surrounded by happy diners enjoying the patio too!Parking: Ample parking surrounding the restaurant

Nice location, food very sub par and price is not reflective of what you receive. Cold Fish and Chips which I ordered the full size in lieu of half size which is a VERY small amount. A table nearby had a dog not on a leash that ran around all over interrupting our family time and children were scared.
Walked in and no one served us to a table. Waited like 15 minutes for a server to come (it was not busy at all). server did not seem attentive when taking drink orders & we left before ordering any food.
