This place needs a serious deep clean. Food stains on all the cases, walls full of chocolate, and display cases full of food from prior days. Ice cream is delicious but hard to enjoy looking at the gross environment.

Closed way before closing time multiple times. Went an hour before close this time and chairs and tables where put up employees where checked out no interest in working. Whoever owns this place you better look into it your business is being run into the ground. This is the third time we had to eat in our car and we were there an hour before closing time.

OK this is ridiculous!!! This is the second time we go, and they keep closing the doors and shutting everything down 15 minutes early before closing time! Shall we update the closing time to 9:45pm or something? I understand shutting everything maybe 5 mins early but 15?! That’s not okay… Pretty frustrating when you drive all the way to the store not even close to closing time and they already have the open sign turned off..

This location is terrible!!! I’ve come multiple times 15 minutes+ before closing and all the lights are off and the chairs are stacked with the door locked. I understand prepping to close but having the door locked and all the closing tasks done already with all the lights off is crazy. The owner of this store needs to change their night shift because they are constantly slacking.

Not my favorite place... when we were there we had to wait a long time before someone came out of the back to help us. Cleaning can be done much better. Ice cream is good but not outstanding.

Ice Cream good. Service kids great. Big Chocolate Covered Cones we're paper thin and mine had no bottom tip. When you paid there's no place to put your cone so you have to hand cone to staff and transact card. Could improve things a bit.

Second time in store. Not only is the floor filthy but there is food on the tables! The bathroom needs serious attention; porta potties are cleaner! The dumbest staff I have ever seen….can’t make a hot fudge sundae!! Are they not trained? Where is management? Leaving 2 teens in charge is not acceptable. With all the filth in the store, I can only assume there is no cleaning behind the counter. When was the last time the health dept inspected? This place demands NO stars, the system won’t allow reviews without one star. Everyone in the Katy Cinco Ranch area should go to another location.

Ordered 4 shakes and they were terrible. Literally made with WATER and the consistency was bad. It was two younger girls who had an attitude for NO REASON and rolled their eyes when we ordered. The shakes were so bad and didn’t even taste like chocolate. $30 down the drain - won’t come back to this location and I advise y’all not to either
