The workers put a bike in front of the door 2 hours before closing and when my friends and I walked in we said hello and they didn’t acknowledge us st all. The most disgusting and horrible people work at this BR.

The bathroom is filthy, took my grandchildren there two days in a row . The bathroom had not been touched. The staff was great . Overall the store needs a deep cleaning.

The manager was either asleep this evening or is about to quit. Screaming at people in the drive-thru was probably the worst way to let people know the store was closing early. Maybe a cheap handwritten sign like the one you have asking for tips would work better?

Everyone was so sweet and nice I rarely eat ice cream and took my son and boyfriend we enjoyed a late night treat together!

place was filthy, obviously not kept up very well, had a pint of caramel truffle, within an hour violent stomach pain began, i spent the next 10-12 hours running to the bathroom, all sunday night i may add, this is a horrible location, with terrible quality

Not only are the girls at the front extremely rude, this place doesn’t have ANY of the basic flavors. At this point you should just go out of business. Someone needs to be fired because the attitude y’all gave my family is crazy and disrespectful. If you don’t wanna be working in the food industry then don’t! For not having any flavors y’all should at least be compensating with good customer service so people can come back. We’ve been coming to this location for years, we will never be coming back. I hope whoever is reading this review doesn’t take it lightly, y’all need to do better.

So sad to be giving this review but this review is added up over multiple times and chances. We used to love coming here but the service keeps getting worse and worse to the point where we don’t want to come anymore. They always run out of flavors and the people working there don’t really care about the client, aren’t welcoming and their drive through is not very good at all.

Out of 13 flavors today. I cleaned my own table so my family can sit and there were at least 3 employees behind the counter.

Very well-mannered, attentive employees. The girl at cashier was very nice and patient with my 7 year old while she was trying to order herself. Place was clean, neat, but maybe little cluttered. And of course, ice-cream there is delicious, definitely try pistachio with almonds.

This is the 2nd time we come to this location and they are OUT of basic ice cream!!How can you be out of Vanilla?!?Seriously, it's a inventory control issue at this point.Owners are letting HS kids run their shop to the ground.

Just came in & ordered a cookies & cream milkshake. My husband asked for a water cup. The drive thru girl gave it to him with no ice. He then asked for ice & then she gave it to him with no lid. Then she shut the window on him & proceeded to talk bad about him with her co worker which we could loudly hear. They need to be re trained.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
