Overpriced average quality ice cream. I can buy ice cream at the HEB across the road that blows Baskin-Robbins away and it will be a fraction of the price. Or I will drive down Mason and go to Dairy Queen or Marble Slab - which also will taste much better. I just don’t get Baskin-Robbins and how they can justify there prices for Ice Cream that’s nothing special. Staff wasn’t very friendly when my family visited either. Just disappointing as I remember a time when BR was better than this. There are better options for Ice Cream these days though…

I ordered online through uber eats got a dinosaur cup for my kid and a resses peanut butter cup layered Sunday for me till me why it had a long peice of hair in it..I mean it was long ...never going again

I informed the lady working behind the counter that my ice cream was wrong. She informed me I was wrong. I threw my wrong flavored ice cream and drink away and walked out not happy. All she had to do was ask me if I wanted another scoop of something else.

I loved Baskin Robbins as a kid, and I will say they are creative with their flavors. I was disappointed that the inside was so dirty. My family couldn’t find one clean table inside, so we decided to sit and enjoy our ice cream outside. Their ice cream cakes are amazing though!

Garbage!! The waffle cone wasn't fresh. The ice cream had began to separate. Just notsatisfied.

Very unsanitary!!! No glove use.The young girl ran her fingers through her hair then proceeded to grab a waffle cone with her bare hands from the inside. I told her never mind and walked out.
Update to my earlier review... their still giving some tiny scoops here. Do yourself a favor and find another place that knows what a scoop is supposed to look like

I have to give a special shoutout to Joseph. My sister has one cheat day a week and she's obsessed with a particular milkshake. They were out of vanilla, but Joseph made it happen and he was so nice and lovely (just for context, it was 20 minutes until closing time). So if the manager is reading this, the store gets five stars, but Joseph gets TEN.
