If I had to choose a favorite, that Mississippi Roast HITS—EVERY—TIME!!Heather, herself, is amazing and loving & it shows in the meals and diligence she has towards every meal, every delivery.Twelve out of ten would recommend BBFF for meal prep needs.

Absolutely the best and most delicious meal plan prep food out there!! I love all the menu Items Heather cooks and I really like she customizes to my special diet needs and she delivers !! All her food is not only delicious but it’s clean and healthy foods nothing is processed ! 10 stars ratting indeed!

They definitely customize to your individualized eating restrictions. Chef Heather listens, ask questions and makes recommendations to help with your plan to be successful! The meals are fresh, healthy and delicious. The salmon and the Egg Roll in a Bowl are 2 of my person favorites. “Yummylicious” I also just received The Detox Box and I am very excited to get started!
