I’ve been coming here since day one of being built. It’s changed a lot. Customer service has never been good to be honest. The people there seem like they hate their job. As the years have gone by, especially recently, if you customize your order, they’ll most likely get it wrong. The donuts aren’t that fresh tasting anymore. They are more soggy now. Another thing about this place that annoys me, is if you come 2 hours before they close they’ll be out of 95% of the donuts. There should always be donuts even in the last hour. If you run out at 7pm, then just close at 7.2 years ago, I would have given this place 5 stars but because of Customer service, messing up on my order often and the donuts lack of freshness, I give it 3…

This is from two separate visits... We've tried a little bit of everything. My favorite was the blueberry cheesecake Bingsu, the mango cheesecake was also pretty good. The large bowls are big enough to share with two or three people. There are a couple of other shops in the area but I would say this is the best

This was our first time here as well as trying everything we did. First I tried the Matcha Milk Tea with Boba and I loved it. After that, I had the potato corn dog, sweet potato corn dog Korean Style, and the ramen corn dog. My boyfriend got the ramen corn dog as well as the cheddar corn dog. They allowed us to have one of every sauce. While there, I was only able to finish one corn dog before I was full. I was very happy with everything from the service and politeness and helpfulness from the employees and the deliciousness and quality of all the food. I definitely want to come back one day. The prices are really good too. I recommend this place for anyone that likes Korean corn dogs and boba tea or if it's your first time trying any of these. One day I'll have to come back and try a dessert.Parking: It can be difficult to find a spot up close but we did find a parking spot pretty easily a little further back but neither of us mind walking a bit.

Visited here with my out of town friends at the tail end of our night right before they were closing and they were pretty awesome and gracious. I tried the plain doughnut that had some cinnamon (I wish I knew the actual name lol) and it was like a delicious churro. Everybody else loved the other more colorful doughnuts as well.

Very upset of this chungchun sum bing su whatever it's called made me drive 40 minutes thinking that they will be open the last 30 minutes in a Friday night. When I got their I saw black glass and the light where off. Never gonna risk this again even if they are an hour left open.

We got their mango and strawberry Bing su (Korean shaved ice) - we and our kids enjoyed it. It was sweet but not too too sweet. They also have hot dogs and mochi donuts.

Tonight, my family and I had the pleasure of enjoying an excellent after-dinner dessert experience at Sul Bing Su in Katy, TX. As avid fans of the restaurant's mochi donuts and shaved ice, we knew we were in for a treat. We arrived at Sul Bing Su shortly after 8pm and were immediately greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff. We were seated at a cozy table in the corner of the restaurant, which was decorated with traditional Korean artwork. After reviewing the menu, we quickly decided to order a variety of mochi donuts and shaved ice to share. Our donut selection included the classic Original, the chocolatey Nutella, and the fruity Mango. For shaved ice, we chose both strawberry and mango topped with lots of fruits, smothered with milk and whipped- cream... our all-time favorites. In addition to the delicious food, we also appreciated the great atmosphere and service at Sul Bing Su. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was attentive and friendly. We never had to wait long for our drinks or food, and they were always happy to answer any questions we had.Overall, we had an excellent after-dinner dessert experience at Sul Bing Su Katy. The food, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a sweet and satisfying treat. What else could you ask for?Absolutely nothing! Sul Bing Su Katy is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious and memorable after-dinner dessert with family and friends.

I’m honestly shocked that I have yet to post a review here, better late than never.I have been coming to bingsu since they very first opened in Katy Asian Town. I’ve seen the store change, the menu change, and the staff as well. I love the shaved ice so much. My go to order is an Oreo Bingsu with no whip cream, and extra extra oreos on top. I order it so much, the workers know and recognize me whenever I place my order. The Oreo Bingsu is the sweet treat I crave all the time, I have to limit myself to going to BingSu twice a month because when they first opened, I would be in there every week to order it again.I know this is a long review, but it’s genuinely how I feel. I love that dang Oreo Bingsu So much! ?

Our new favorite place! The rice potato dogs were delicious! The mozzarella was extra stretchy and the breading wasn’t thick like other places. It was a great and flavorful balance. The milk tea was also good but boba was hard so I was pass on that. We did the brown sugar milk tea with less sweetness. They also had the mochi donuts and those were hands down the best! Bigger than other places and it tasted better too.

Cool little spot. Kinda warm in the place. But not bad at all. The service was pretty quick and the lady was very helpful with her knowledge. My wife ordered the mango and strawberry combo shaved ice and I ordered the white chocolate donut. The donut was not good at all. I was super disappointed. But my wife loves the shaved ice.

Amazing food. Lovely atmosphere. Very clean and everything was fresh. The gentleman and young lady at the front counter were outstanding. Specially the last 2 donuts at the end before we left ?
