I went inside to order a drink since the drive-through was busy. After waiting about 30 minutes and not getting my order, I went to the counter and was told they did not have the flavor for my drink. That would have been nice to know within 5 minutes of placing my order and waiting.

He repeated my order and said I was getting a “liced” caramel blondie instead of an “iced” caramel blondie. I can confirm that my drink DID NOT contain any lice.

I should have asked for my money back. The wait was more than 10 min, and the coffee was awful. It tasted like water. Coffee from McDonald's would be better than this. We left our two cups untouched on the table.

#JoeFoodTour really interesting coffee concept. For the non-coffee drinker, they offer chai and Matcha latte as well as Italian soda drinks. Also, there's certain savory options are amazing and super yummy. I forgot to take a picture of my turkey croissant, and the meat was so much that it feels like I had a full meal with appetizers. #HowdyFromHouston #ThePropertyJoes #LivingLifeInHouston

This has quickly become my favorite coffee joint. The coffee is great and if that's not enough the staff remembers they are people to. They take a moment with you instead of passing you through their line. They make your custom orders with a smile and send you happily on your way, making you feel like every store is a small independent business fighting to remain local. Thank you

The service was great. The young lady in the drive thru was very helpful and gave great suggestions on drinks as this was my first time here.
2 stars.1 star for the friendly staff1 more star for the delicious drink - I got Irish coffeeBut lose 3 star for the horrible tasting tacos and for the price.It was 16 dollars. SIXTEEN for 2 tacos and a medium Irish coffee. They really need to put on the menu that tacos are $4+ each.The tacos were soo mid too. Which made it extra disappointing. Good sized tacos. The potato, cheese and egg filled me up, which is good bc the migas was horrible so I just threw it away.2/5 would come back ONLY for the drinks.
