March 9 2024 I went to bombshells no one was at the front desk. I had to seat myself. Management was nowhere on the floor.. I sit for 20 minutes before I had to stop a waitress to contact a manager to send someone to my table.. I finally place my order food was incorrect when it made it to the table.. I had to wait another five minutes for my bacon to come.. never once was in the utensils on the table I had to ask the waitress to bring me utensils.. I asked the waitress when she brought out my food. Why she didn’t bring any ketchup, knowing that I had a hamburger… She simply told me that they do not give out ketchup until you ask For it Knowing that you have a hamburger, that will be Common courtesy to bring it when bring the food.. mind you, the manager never came to apologize nor give any discounts.. she has such a huge nonchalant attitude..Blanca Amos Is the manager on duty a person that do not have any Compassion for the customers..
