Long wait after you order (as most bubble eggs), but you know it's worth it because it takes time to make the waffle FRESH. Love this place so highly recommended getting the combo of the bubble cone and a drink so you can sip as you wait. So delicious! My mom absolutely loves it so we are so sad they closed down the heights location. That was our go to dessert place when it opened a few years ago.

I can’t believe we waited 45 minutes for Boba tea, that didn’t have the Boba in it.There were eight people ahead of us. When I asked the manager, why was it taking so long, she said it was spring break.They only had two people workingWe went during an off time, about. 2:30 PM on a Sunday afternoon.I was also disappointed that they automatically tipped themselves when ordering and paying.-before getting our order.

Do not come here if you want food only. I asked for a cup of water at the time I ordered a waffle. Staff did not say anything. When the food came out, I asked for water again and was told they do not offer water as a cup to dine-in customer, that they only have bottled water which I assume you have to buy it. Overall the interior design is good, music is good. Wi-Fi is ok (28 Mbps if anyone read this) but the lack of communications either in writing or verbal for a simple matter yet essential like water leave a 2-star. I cannot have sweet desert without water and had I know about this, I would consider a different option.

Looking for something sweet in the Katy Asian market area this place is great! We decided to go and get some yummy treats and it was great! The atmosphere is nice, employees were friendly, it was clean. Fun place to go and hangout.

We visited Bubble Egg to relieve our sweet craving. We ordered the Bubble waffle with chocolate ice-cream. Service was quick. It was gone quick as well. Place was deserted, just us and another couple.

Absolutely delicious! I love how light the bubble waffle is- I added strawberry cheesecake ice cream with fresh strawberries on top and condensed milk drizzle. My daughter got the one with fruity pebble ice cream- also amazing. So good! Will for sure be back.

Some are posting negative reviews about service when they’ve made orders that require the use of separate equipment that is reserved for allergy sensitive customers and then being upset that more benign, separate orders are getting pushed out before theirs.This establishment permits nearly limitless substitutions on orders that can drive the staff to be restricted to a set of equipment that only gets used for special orders.I was present for one of these orders recently and can support the staff in their requests that the reviewers leave as their complaints were invalid and infantile.

I visited your location in Katy Asian town tonight and the service was awful. We had 3 orders on the SAME ticket. Two of ours came out very fast then the third one came 30 minutes later. We had to inquire about it twice before they even started working on the order. Once we got it, they left off the panda cookies, so then I had to go back and ask for those also. I tried to speak to the manager on duty before we left and she and the workers were not sorry at all. They lied and told us there was another order before ours that was large. I said but two of ours came out on time and they continued their story. I said what about these women by the door who came after us. I said they got their ice cream before we got our third one. They acted like I was crazy. There was no sincerity or sense of urgency when we inquired about our order. I even tipped 15% BEFORE this , just as good faith. This was an awful experience and I won't be back, especially because of the rudeness of the employees.Stay away.
