I usually don't post reviews but here I go. This was my first time going to Buzz & Bites! I was super excited to try out their food and check them out. Since it was so close to me I hoped that it will be my new "go-to" spot. Unfortunately, I was very wrong. The food was mid (at best). The bacon came out tough, hard and flavorless. The eggs were ok, and the croissants were just soggy. The best part of the "food" was the avocado inside the croissant. The avocado itself earned them the one point out of five. The service was just awful. I was blown away by how disorganized, unwelcoming and unkind the staff were. I was a waitress for a long time so I had my fair share in the food industry and I know how hard it is to be one. Therefore, I try to cut everyone some slack and understand. But wow. This place didn't seem like they cared at all. We were seated by the hosts and we waited 15-20 minutes for someone to come and take our order. We waited for a bit because I thought there were not enough staff so we wanted to be patient. Since no one came to give us water, or take our order, I went up to the "bar" area to order. Tell me why there was about five/six people behind the bar areas just looking around/doing nothing... Anyways, they took our order. After waiting for some time again, I just went up to physically pour water for us, get our napkins, and dishes because we were thirsty as heck. I wasn't sure if it's a "do it youself" so I had no problem. But tell me why, the tables around us had someone wait on them?? Every table except us. Also, one of the waitress took 30 minutes to chit chat with her friend while we needed service..?? Like come on, you're at work!! If I could, I would've given zero stars or even negative. Worse service ever. Ambiance is nice but a bit loud. I would love to come back and give it another shot but under better management. Thanks.

I had the waffles and chicken, it came with spicy sweet sauce for the strips and I loved it. I would definitely come back. People are friendly. Love the place overall

Tell me why my drink was not topped off... for the monies that is spend. I mean add ice or something... it just shows that they didn't care about what they were about to hand off to customers. Sad. B/c i really do like the ube latte. But will not return.

What a charming eatery. The co-owner Ros is adorable. The atmosphere is great to sit down for a first date or just a night out with your sister. Will definitely return.

Food is delicious Service is grand Atmosphere is great 1st time visiting the establishment. Greeted by the host immediately. Waitress came to my table and was very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend everyone come out and give this place a try.

We like to visit Buzz & bites on Sunday mornings. We actually like it better earlier when only Counter services is available. They have good coffee, cold brew, and tasty food. Vivian is great and makes sure we get what we need.

The food in this establishment was delicious! I enjoyed every food that I ordered and the drinks were amazing. The service was awesome and they were quick to help us. Their patio section is perfect for a warm sunny day and indoors is cool if you want to be indoors. Hands down one of the best breakfast places in Katy!

Visited on a Sunday with a friend for brunch. My friend ordered an avocado croissant with came with no side, in my opinion $9.75 is too expensive for just a croissant, and a Caramel Crisp Latte (which tasted AMAZING!). I ordered the Luau Burger, which came out nice an hot and was super tasty. The fries could have had more seasoning. I also had the Toffee and Cream and honestly was too salty to enjoy. Overall, I'd visit again primarily for their Caramel Crisp Latte.

First of all THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE CUTEST COFFEE SHOP I'VE EVER BEEN TO. I know that's hard to believe because of all the adorable coffee shops out there, but this one really takes the cake for me. I found myself admiring literally all of the elements of their design and decor. The food also happened to be absolutely amazing. I ordered a spicy asian chicken sandwich, which didn't have a lot of chicken, but still had excellent flavor. I could also tell the potato chips were homemade, and they were a treat. Waffle was perfect. I love this place!

My husband forces me to go here. The food is okay and the service is terrible. I mean bad. There are some dishes that deliver like the adult grilled cheese, but who can f up a grilled cheese? Service needs radical improvement. I had to ask for napkins 3 times, if you are eating finger foods (avocado toast, sandwiches, burgers, and fries etc) you need napkins. Overall set up of the patio is all wonky, the larger tables need to be in the back of the patio as to not disturb the other tables space wise and noise wise. Children don't bother me, but I don't want to hear your whole conversation. Avocado toast was alright. The smoked salmon was warm? Not to mention pricey. I hate going here, but again my husband loves their burger. It is a great spot to study or grab coffee if it's empty, but for food? Pass.
