I used to come to this place a lot with my folks, brother, and other family. This place has definitely seen its better days. It was much better when it was at its original location. I waited over 1hr for tamales and breakfast after spending over $100 for my order. Tamales are $14/dz, they’re good but not worth $14/dz. The other breakfast I ordered was not at all that good. I think people review this place off of its nostalgia old days. I will not be coming back here.

Idk who writing these reviews but honestly I did not like I ate Mexican food before taste way better I ain’t like chimichanga idk what kind of meat it was bt was nasty supposed to be beef and beans were bland and rice I threw my entire plate away I wanted to call them and tell them but it’s a waste I just know to never again .. I was mad bc was my break bt I did not like at all ?

This place was great! The Mexican food was 100% authentic. The tortillas are home made and that to me is very key when it comes to a real Mexican restaurant. I got a sample of the menudo since I am very picky when it comes to that and it did not disappoint. It’s not thick and greasy like most places that try to make it as fast as they can. It felt like my Welita was back there making the food!! Definitely coming back!
