Food & Service:The menu at this Vietnamese-Cajun fusion spot dazzles with its vibrant flavors, marrying traditional dishes with fresh, local ingredients. A prime example of this culinary artistry is the Shrimp Étouffée, a dish that brings a novel twist to the Cajun classic, making each bite a revelation.Beyond the standout dishes, the service adds to the restaurant’s charm. The staff’s attentiveness and warmth ensure a delightful dining experience, readily recommending dishes and accommodating families with genuine care. With offerings that range from spicy seafood boils to delicate spring rolls, there’s something for every palate. The combination of inventive food and helpful service creates a dining experience that goes beyond the meal itself, inviting diners back to explore more of this unique culinary fusion.

My wife and I came to try the amazing Cajun flavor,But…We wanted to order a Lunch special, guess what!! They don’t serve lunch on Sundays, even if the menu says.Misprinted the server said. Then I ordered a beef sandwich,They don’t have beef at all.Another misprint on the menu. This is the reason I give 1 star to this place. They can’t modify their menu.

Interesting concept. But we liked it... Vietnamese and Cajun.. so good choice. Service was friendly. Price around average for similar entree's everywhere, and food was good quality. Crawfish good, but no potato or sweet corn surprised me..

Me and my boyfriend came in during lunch and tried their Bo Ne, a Vietnamese-style sizzling beef dish with two sunny side up eggs. The meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. We also tried the Shrimp Étouffée. The shrimp was delicious, and paired nicely with the roux sauced fluffy rice.Beyond the food, the service was impeccable. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience.Overall, Cajju exceeded all our expectations!

we had grilled oysters, the Cajun pasta and oyster basket. the pasta was good, the grilled oyster was fine and the oyster basket was very much just okay. however, when we paid the bill, we noted a bud beer added which we asked them to take out and they did. however, they snuck in a 3% charge for using credit card, which is ridiculous. so, overall, food was okay. but watch the tab and if you don't want an additional 3% surcharge, pay in cash... surcharge left a bad taste for us...

Food is excellent!! The servers are so polite but new. The restaurant is very clean and the vibe is really nice. We especially enjoyed playing some of their board games while enjoying time together. This is the type of place I could hang out with friends for hours while snacking! Oysters are freshly shucked and the bahn mi was heaven in my mouth! The crepe is also something to be tasted. The shrimp were good and the house sauce has a creeper spice but absolutely delicious!

Been a few times. Food has always been good. Tonight was a little disappointing. My food and my daughter’s food came out and we were almost done eating when 15 minutes later my wife’s food came out and was missing items.

We wanted to try somewhere new, so walked in here blind and glad we did. Not what we were expecting, but delicious and we’ll be back. Boudain balls for appetizer. Hot, crispy and yummy. Entrees were Bo Luc Lac (stir fried Texas Wagyu beef cubes) and the fried soft shell crab basket. Both delicious. Can’t wait to come back and try the seafood boils.

So disappointed ? First and last visit. Saw good reviews, so decided to check it out. Calamari was disgusting ? pretty sure it was "imitation calamari" huge rings and could not even chew it. Yuck!Seafood platter - shrimp were really white and bland although edible. Catfish was meh.Fried oysters smelled BAD ? I couldn't tell if it was the oyster or batter but I was afraid to eat them as I did not wish to get food poisoning.Atmosphere was cute. Service was ok.After reading other reviews, I am wondering if they are even real!
