I’ve recently had a recurring issue with my last few salad orders in the drive thru not coming with any dressing. Today upon this happening, I called and was helped by the manager, Tiffany. While it is frustrating to have an issue occur, Tiffany was extremely empathetic and went out of her way to make things right. I give this Chick fil A 5 stars because their thoughtful response was much more impactful than the issue I had.
The food is always consistent ? but this particular location has an amazing staff! Everyone was so kind. They definitely deserve the recognition ?
