I’ve truly tried to allow this location to fix all their issues but to no avail. Nine of my orders over the last 7 weeks have been fulfilled via the drive thru incorrectly. The receipt is correct but the order is missing items. Left feedback multiple times via phone calls, and emails (app). Get a different excuse every time. Check your bags before you leave the drive thru, every.single.time.

it’s really frustrating how Republican organizations do funds horrible LGBT hating organizations and how they have a very specific audience that they are obviously catering to. I feel like they should be more inclusive and harmless people, because there are a lot of people in this world who are marginalized, and they do not hurt anyone, even though their lives are so disastrous and negative.we live in a scary world and I don’t understand why certain institutions have to make it scarier. There are better places, especially small businesses where you can spend your money and also I recommend going to a grocery store and cooking at home. It will be cheaper. I came here this morning to pick up breakfast, in the drive through. I was surprised with how fast the service was. The two people outside were kind and were taking orders quickly Thank you Nathan and Sarah. To top it off my kids loved the minis chicken.

Ordered a catering tray of chicken nuggets for my son's birthday. Extremely disappointed with the nuggets, they were tough and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. I've had chic fil a nuggets many times, and these were by far, the worst I've ever had. Won't be ordering from this location again.

A bit tire of missing minor items from my order almost most of the time and usually I do curb side pick up then off to work. I just picked up my order 15 mins ago and i didn't get any straw for my iced coffee. I understand missing something like I request that y'all don't do typically....still acceptable. But missing straw from a order with iced coffee? I already tired of submitting feedback thru the app....it's nice to get free stuffs but I rather leaving a message here so y'all can see it and improve on service.
Good food but what was excellent was the service and attention. It was exceptional!!!

Use any location but this one. Every single time we come here they leave something off of our order. I have left a review before. We have spoken to managers and assistant managers and few care. We took a break from using this location as this problem has been going on for years. We recently started going again as we have 4 kids and this is the most convenient location. Tonight 1/26/24 we spoke to the assistant manager about our missing item and she acted annoyed and like she did not care at all. Use another location if you don't want to have to take extra time for your order to be accurate.

So bad I went with my friend I got chicken nugget combo and a few hours later I had such a bad stomach pain I got stomach virus and my friend found airflow chicken leg in her sandwhich don’t recommend coming here and they didn’t give my friend a refund they just switched it for other food?♀️
