Not bad at all!!! The service was fast and really nice, and the food was MASSIVE and LEGENDARY! Definitely recommend for a fun, easy dinner.

Absolute worst service I have ever experience. Took my father for dinner and we arrived before 6:00. The restaurant wasn't busy but it still took 15 to get our teas. We ordered food at the same time we order drinks and 50 minutes later we still didn't have our food. We had ordered a half rack of ribs and a salad and the restaurant wasn't busy so there was no reason for food to take so long. After 50 minutes the waitress came out to "confirm" what we ordered and said that our food would be ready in 10-15 minutes. At this point it was obvious that our food order was never put into the kitchen so we just got up and left. I will never eat at Chili's again. This location is a joke so don't waste your time or money.

Placed my to go order before 6:30 pm and was notified that it was ready by 6:52 pm. I checked in at that time and didn't get my order until almost 20 minutes later. The ziosk didn't work, so the staff member went inside to get another one. She even mentioned "ugh these ziosks are what's holding us back". Another lady came out and told me I had two options. Either to give her my card or scan the code. I told her at this point take my card because I've been waiting too long. She chuckled and said "ok ma'am". They got busy attending to go customers inside who got there AFTER me and received their food before me. I used to work at Chili's and let me just say the lack of customer service here for to go orders was embarrassing. There was no apology for the delay of the food, but there was an apology for the delay in payment LOL. Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience tonight. Fries are dead and I'm pretty sure my food is dead too. Thanks CHILIS for making my families night disappointing.

Chilis used to be great. Having worked over a decade for the company, I say that with confidence. I moved on a few years ago because it was apparent that they did not care about taking care of the guests as they have in the past. My son grew up going to Chili's it was his favorite. So against better judgment we went this evening. The bartender/server was quick to take our order but not attentive. She "schooled" me on my margarita order ( 14 year chilihead) . She did not write our order down and my order was wrong. Not the end of the world, but disappointing especially because she did not come back until after I decided I had eaten it even though it was incorrect. She became attentive when it was time to pay. In her defense, I saw no manager and no other coworker attempting to help. I just don't think there is an emphasis on hospitality at Chili's anymore...it comes from the top. How disappointing.

By far the best Chillis I've been too. The hostess wasn't the most enthusiastic but the waitress was awesome. I don't remember her name, might had been Shanita. She was super attentive and a great waitress with a great attitude. Food came out quick and everything taste good.

Experience was great! Our waitress and what I believe was the manager were very attentive to our group of 15. We didn't have an empty drink through our entire stay, food was good. Didn't take long at all. Friendly staff. Overall awesome experience.

Went here the other night and the food took forever to come out. When our queso finally came out it was cold, in a cold skillet, and runny. I let my server know and he lmk the manager was going to get us a new one. It never showed up... we were there over two hours to just end up eating salads. Chili's has gone downhill, truly. The grilled chicken is like rubber and they never have enough staff. I could go on but I won't.

Me and my group of friends just left this chillis location and we were left dissatisfied and disrespected with the quality of service that was given to us. Starting off, the hostess gave us a unneeded attitude about when we asked to move to a booth because one of the members is plus sized and has severe knee problems. She then gave us a nasty unneeded attitude that we did not deserve along with her telling us that "we can't sit at a 7 person table with only 3 people". However, she bypassed her own rules while we ate out dinner by sitting pairs of 2 at 6 person tables right next to us (in the middle of a pandemic, meaning she did not follow chillis covid 19 protocols ) in a way of being petty after we reported her to the very helpful manager. Along with her giving every other customer 5 star service, she continued to stare us down the entirety of our stay. The food was also very spicy and cold along with the restaurant being at freezing temperatures. Because of her homophobic, fatphobic, racist ways, me and my friends did not feel welcome at all. The rest of the staff was very helpful.

First clue we should have left: Empty parking lot on Saturday evening Second clue: had to wait for tables to be cleaned when very few people were there Third clue: Curtis, a server who COULD use his personality to his advantage, but clearly doesn't know how. We were greeted, but once the order was placed, that was about the last time we saw him. We waited 10 minutes just to get the check. We were finally told to pay on the tablet on the table, which of course didn't work. Single-handedly, the worst restaurant experience in a long time in Katy.

Tonight we went back after many years. Restaurant was not crowded at 6:45pm. Our waitress was awesome and food was great! I asked to have Cajun seasons added to my steak and it was amazing! It was not the best cut of steak but a great deal for $18. We will defiantly return!

Me and my family were seated by the manager. We waited for over 30 min and kept asking for a server. The Manger that sat us accused us of seating ourselves. They were closing early due to weather (which they could have told us at the door before they sat us). After waiting all that time and them serving other people they made us leave because they were closed. It was horrible and the managers were very unprofessional. It was such a horrible experience!

My Mom’s classic hamburger was GREAT! My soup and salad was equally great. Chili’s was smart in hiring Curtiss!!

Fries were missing from out to go order, we called and they did not even apologize. To top it off, there was a long nasty hair on top of one of our meals. This place deserves to go out of business. I wish I could give them a zero. This place does not deserve 1 star!
