in my opinion, I really like this place and especially this location. I really enjoy the chicken and their guacamole here. This is not an authentic Mexican restaurants but you know it’s chipotle so if you’re craving chipotle then go get it. I always say once u find a good location for a chain, you will love tht chain. Most chiptoles actually suck so bad but this one is really it. Like everytime I come the workers r chill & nice, they don’t skimp me usually, the food is fresh (not the chips tho) & the place is clean. I have extremely bad social anxiety & hate having to physically b in places but I actually feel so comfortable going here & for that I am grateful. Give all of them a raise please & thank u.

Can’t believe I hadn’t been to this Chipotle location. The food was on point. The meats were so fresh. I had the steak and it was so tender and well seasoned. Nothing like the Fry location. The grill lady is great at cooking. Customer service was so great. Staff were super friendly and gave good vibes. Not a bunch of teenagers running the kitchen. Overall best Chipotle I’ve been too. Making this my regular spot.

Horrible experience, I will never step foot in another Chipotle ever!! From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, it was the worst customer service. The food was not fresh like on the commercial, the Carne asada was dry, the guacamole was brown, and the cheese crusted. They forgot an item that I ordered. Once I discovered that they failed to put the item in my bag, I called the store only to get a complete runaround. I was told that they can not come to the phone because they are busy making more burritos for new customers. So, once you pay for your purchase, you are no longer important to them.**** In response to your reply, I already reached out to you guys ,provided my receipt and I'm still waiting on your third world country response. Do your homework and check!!! You guys don't care about your customers!!!

The night crew closing tonight were awesome. They all had great energy! Wish I could’ve got his name but the gentleman that made my bowl tonight didn’t rush me and was patient. Even went out of his way to make fresh cheese as they ran out. Great team, best location hands

I ordered food here today. The rice was not cooked which completely ruined my food. Tried to call the store and nobody picked up. I messaged the company and was told by the lady, Jenelyn, on the chat that I would only be refunded for the portion of the food that was uncooked. LOL. What a joke!? I spent 18 bucks on the meal and they wanted to give me a refund on the "impacted" portion of the meal.
