This place has the rudest of all employees. Hardly ever they will smile. and when My 8yr old son asked for little extra cheese she said this is how much they gave. they don't even fill the portion properly which is standard for the kids meal. if we order pick up they mostly mess up. seems they hardly listen to the people.they are mostly kids but if they have agreed on doing the job they should do it properly.

This is our go to Chipotle as it's closest to our house and is usually a pretty solid location except this last visit. The young man who took care of me was not happy for whatever reason, it seemed like he was annoyed with a co worker. It made it to my order which is usually the bright spot. I ordered 2 bowls, and he barely put any of the things I asked for, just a very small plop of each..Not even a whole spoon full. They sure made sure to charge me full price though!
Just because I wanted something not in the taco and on the side, the manager said its not possible and threw the entire order in the

Let me just say that this is the best Chipotle I’ve ever been at. The staff is amazing and handle rude customers with the upmost professionalism!! Food is the best as always and the dining room and drink bar is kept clean despite the crowds.They experienced a black out and handled everything so well!!

Food was ok ( according to my wife since I picked it up for her) but the service was truly disappointing and rude from the online pick up area. In a market/industry with so much competition and the choices customers have, customer service is the difference. It was my first time here and it has left me with a bad impression.

Food is good but the employees always look dead inside or have an attitude. The older black women was fed up for no reason when taking my order. Always feel unwelcomed ordering from here.

OMG!!!I stepped in to grab lunch for my husband and I todayIt was dirty! From the floor to the tables clearly not wiped. From the counter to the cooktop all over the kitchen.. see able food..it’s 1:30 afternoon/ ThursdayThey looked Fully Staffedthey weren’t even busy at all….that’s what made it convenient before I passed Lowe’s / oh let me grab some food/ Let’s try chipotle.. the food was okay. When I got home.Everything on the meat side looked like it was there - Air dry - not fresh.except barely the chickenI’m sorry I’m shockedThe / environment from behind the counter was shocking the shift standing around no urgency to do anything looking at those of use waiting as we looked at them.I looked back / the lady behind me we just raised our brows like huh..yepIm pretty positive /sure the manager or supervisor was in this bunch behind the counter ad they leaned forward just hangin outj.u..s.t watching .Wow huh
