First and last time we go to this place. The service was good, the 2 people who served us were very friendly; But the nuggets, which were what we ordered, honestly, have nothing to do with a Venezuelan nugget, or at least Caracas. A Bread with meat and chicken mixed, without sauces, without vegetables, without potatoes, without cheese…. Don't know. I am a fan of pepitos and the truth is that in Caracas we have eaten some unforgettable ones, from eating at Las Mercedes to Petare. Maybe in Maracaibo they make them like that, but in my opinion they do not represent a true Venezuelan Pepito; By the way, it costs $16… they are overpriced, we are in the USA I know, but a hot dog there costs $5.99 + tax…. Well, go and experiment, then some will agree with me.

This is amazing Venezuelan food! They have such kind workers (who were patient while I practiced my Spanish ?) and very attentive. The menu is large enough that there is a little something for everyone and there are lots of options for sides. I had La Venezolana burger and it was so thick and meaty, with crispy potato strands, sweet plantains, and a lovely creme sauce. The picata de pollo was wonderful and the meat was so juicy. The beverages are ice cold and super refreshing after a hot day. The vibes were awesome with some music playing and string lights around the tables. It is next to a main road so don’t bring any kids or dogs prone to running off. I will definitely be coming back.Parking: There is parking in front of the auto garage next door.

Very poor service. They not only did not honor a Uber eats order but flat out rejected to make any accommodations. Very rude.

Mini Sombrero was not mini at all. Delicious heart attack in a bun. Loved it.

Ordered a pepito, the meat was good, but the bread was really bad, way too hard, I couldn't eat it. My recommendation is to change the bread and use something similar to venezuelan bread, otherwise pepitos are not worth it. Also, you need thicker straws for people who order chicha.
