Orderd 2 different orders. Waited 15 minutes and they had only prepared 1 meal. I ask why and she said because you ordered 2nd meal, I thought you wanted me to cancel 1st one. I never said or implied that. It took another 15 minutes. Then the food was terrible. I ordered unsweetened tea. They gave me sweet tea and without ice. They were out of ice! Terrible horrible no good food.

I went through the drive thru and service was pretty fast. I got the 2 piece special and jalapeños poppers. My food was very hot and fresh. I came inside since I forgot my ranch and the inside was super clean and holiday decorated.

Food was not good. Macaroni and cheese looked like oatmeal, literally. Not a whole noodle in the container. Ordered a 10 piece and literally was 8 pieces in the box and in the taste you can tell the oil used to fry is old. Have had issues with food on more than one occasion. Service is normally pretty good, but the food has been bad as of late consecutively.

This was my 2nd time visiting this location, and it is consistent on 3 things: 1. Abhorrent customer service - the gals here act like gangsters! I came here to give them a 2nd chance, hoping that the same atrocious gals (includes manager) were not there, but there they were. Last time, I was so appalled with their blatant rudeness that I vowed never to return, but I'm a fair patron. This time, I walked in and the cashier looked angry. I cheerfully said "hello" and smiled. She responded with a sigh, rolled her eyes, shifted her weight on the other leg, and just glared! I looked right back at the gal and said "NOPE", then turned and walked right back out. I will NEVER return here. How do these gals have no concern about losing their jobs?! Clearly the owner cares just as less! 2. Poor food quality - this is based purely on my previous visit, which was my first vist here. The food crust was dark and smelled like very old oil. The chicken was extremely overcooked and too dry to swallow down. The okra was fine. 3. Dirty establishment - last time, our table was not cleaned, having the previous customers food on it, and we could feel the greasy film on its surface. I had to use my hand sanitizer to clean it.

This is my second time calling trying to see if their hours on here matched the store because I keep making blank trips. I just went 11/1/23 & they’re closed at 9. If they’d answer the phone at 8:45pm I’d known that they closed instead of “10:30”
