This location really gives Chuys a bad name. Chuys, hands down, has been my favorite tex mex for years and I was excited when this one opened up. But I've been disappointed every single time. Dine in and delivery has been below par consistently. Twice now i've gotten tacos al carbon delivered and the tortilla is soaked and soggy, almost unedible and the meat is extremely rare and tastes like rubber. They pre package the chips in a brown paper bag so they're stale and overall - just not good. Pales in comparison to the 290/1960 location. Service is meh when i've dined in, and the vibe just doesnt do the Chuys name any justice.If i was corporate, id shut this location down or get new mgmt/staff (mainly kitchen staff) PROMPTLY before people start thinking this is the chuys 'norm'.

I’ve been to several Chuy’s before but never this location. It’s just like all the other ones inside. The workers are all very friendly. The food was awesome. Everything was great except…Please do something about the tall chairs at the tall tables. OMG We kept thinking we were falling to our deaths. They are way too wobbly ?? and we weren’t even drinking.

General experience has been decent over the years. Had an issue for the first time with a gift card payment. I paid a certain amount on a gift card and remaining bill balance on a credit card. Left the restaurant happy and full. Turns out the server charged my credit card the full amount on 3/29/24 according to my credit card statement.Called the location three times over the past week and spoke with a few “managers” promising to look into it and give me a call back within the hour. No call backs or attempts to help resolve the issue. At this point I’m going to eat the cost of the meal, but won’t be back to this location/chain.
